Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Antioch - Hotel in Antioch - 1605 Auto Center Dr, USA

Stayed here on an overnight to wake up close to the event I was there to attend. Bed was alright, pillows need upgrading, no lotion, limited towels. And as I was told later, a rough part of town... I will share that I'm still confused as to why there were no back cushions on the sofa and no sure why this same sofa was covered with a sheet type cover. served is purpose.

Room not clean. Hair from prior occupant in bathtub, sheets stained, breakfast not available as advertised, no coffee maker in room but there were coffee pods and supples, no soap in bathroom. Had dispensers in shower with shampoo and conditioner but soap was empty. Plus how do I know if they are even clean or sanitary? housekeepers walked in on me unannounced right after I got out of the shower well before checkout time. I will NOT Be back. Worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Checkout is 11 but all other hotels are noon…..

Positive: Honestly nothing, it was as a room to sleep in at least I suppose Negative: Yes, very unclean room and blinds did not work properly as they were broken, light was always in the room. Nasty cut toe nails all over the room amongst other things.

First room I was given: torn paper lamp shades, beaten up chair, wooden blinds taped closed, pillows just ugh and dark. Second room: brighter, window blinds working but furniture still looks beaten up and scratched. Rolling chair broken add pillows still ugh! Luckily the receptionist was willing to give me a better room but still not acceptable. And there's a funny smell in the rooms. Ugh!

Rooms were not cleaned properly smelled like sewer running through the bathroom. The hotel manager also stole my deposit and claimed he never received it. They didn’t provide many towels. Staff service was in polite would not recommend staying here.

Towels were dirty, Bed cover was stained, inside of refrigerator had a wet stain, the sink had beard stubble. I will never stay at another Days Inn. This is not the first stay at a Days in that disgusted me. In fact, it's the third.

As a night auditor for a larger corporation such as Marriott, I am extremely well versed, in how a hotel should provide hospitality. Recently just moved from Las Vegas & decided to book & check into a room at the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Antioch Upon check in my husband and myself were not greeted or acknowledge for 20+ minutes then it took another 25-30 minutes for a simple check in ( ID, card on file & $100 cash deposit ) Once checked in we went up to our room showered & went out for a dinner date. When we returned our room neither room key worked. From my experience it is absolutely not unusual for a room key to be demagnetized. HOWEVER in this case it was absolutely unusual as when we went back downstairs and let the front desk know neither room key was working. The gentleman at the front asked what room number But did not ask for any form of ID proceeded to Re-encoded the keys and sent us on our way. Once we got back into the room, absolutely everything, and I mean absolutely everything Was gone. My husband's camera for work, PS5 system, Apple Watch & phone that was charging on the night stand, all our clothes & shoes! Since my husband was paying for date night, I decided to leave my Purse in the room with my wallet which also was stolen! My ID and DL, social security card & birth certificate (again we were moving hence why I had my important documents with me) We immediately went back to the front desk and made the front desk aware of the situation and asked for assistance with reviewing the cameras & the retrieval of our personal items. The employee & MOD advised they didn't have camera access & stated they can't do anything about the situation. We immediately called the APD. Once the officers arrived they took picture evidence of the room and a report. The officers specifically stated "This isn't the first or the last time this has happened. We were just here last week & a gentleman From Colorado was out here to work on a pipeline & he had his items stolen. He had a laptop with confidential Information and a gun that was stolen out of his room." No the rooms don't have safes! No one is safe here! I would suggest NO ONE BOOK AND OR STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR LIVELIHOOD JEOPARDIZED! Annnnnd yes sadly they still charged us for the stay. - Cooperate was also made aware of the incident

They have no hot water at all. Do not stay here!!!! I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE! They don’t have hot water here!!!!!! They will scam you in youre face!!!!!
