Door didn't lock...no phone...tv didn't work... Not allowed guests at the pool or in the room..
.felt totally taken...we didn't stay the night.
VERY RUDE OWNERS/WORKERS !!! They charge $70 for a night nd $50 deposit which you don't get back "if you smoke". My fiance nd I both don't smoke but they said we did so they refused to give back deposit they also threw I'd at me when we first got the after we had paid for room. Couldn't get money back nd say no to room cuhz it was already written that we agreed. DO NOT STAY THERE
The owner is very rude. There were bed bugs in the bed. When I told him about it, he got upset and told me that I was lying. He just didn't want to loose money by having the room fumigated and not be able to rent the room out.i fo not recommend anyone to visit this property. Unless you enjoy sleeping and getting bite on all nite.
Customer service has to be one of the worst I've ever experienced! The front desk is extremely rude and don't even get me started on the dirty sheets and pillows I had to argue to get replaced at check in! Absolutely never again.
We came from LA to watch a friend fight and reserved a room here we came early in order to enjoy the pool cause the pictures they show us on there web site but when we got there the pool was half green so don't be fooled by pictures when we asked for our money back the lady became very rude to me and told me she didn't need our business.
The hospitality was amazing but the website should say no pool and cereal is not a continental breakfast. The area is horrible scary at night

Outstanding RV park. Was full when we got there and night person found us a spot last minute- thank you Gene. Next morning spoke with Helen in office and couldnât be nicer. Provided breakfast recommendations and things to see nearby. Very clean
I wouldnât go anywhere for fried chicken in the high desert. Way better than the traditional competitors. Your chicken is always made to order along with any sides you order. Accordingly, if you place an order on site, be prepared to wait 15-20 min
I frequent this center quite often. Two main stores are Stater bro's, CVS, they also have Baskin Robbins, Starbucks and many more with Walmart superstore across the street. AKA 395 Crossroads!!
