This hotel was great. A relaxing vibe the whole stay. Very quiet, very clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was great as well as the hot tub. The beds were very soft. We loved having the sliding door and patio for fresh air. We really enjoyed our stay. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

As a fellow hotelier....I found this hotel exceptionally clean and well managed. The staff was very personable and attentive to my needs. I found the rooms comfortable and well maintained. This hotel exceeded my expectations and I will definitely book here again while visiting Flagstaff. It is so nice to get the most bang for my buck with my travel needs. Highly recommend this location......and I am super picky.

The rooms were super clean. I really loved that the restaurant was on property. Great food and service. The WiFi was slow and TV occasionally lost connection. The beds were super comfortable and the pillows were outstanding. I'm going to order some now that I'm home. We really enjoyed this place.

The hotel is in a great location...close to downtown Flagstaff and NAU. The newly renovated rooms are nicely appointed with comfortable beds, great water pressure in shower, big mini fridge, and ample room for clothes and belongings. The staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. It was quiet, comfortable, budget-friendly and convenient. We will definitely stay there again when we come up to visit our son at NAU, and we look forward to seeing the rest of the renovations in the common areas and the exterior of the hotel.

Great hotel. I stayed here for 4 nights in August 2024. Rooms were clean, big, and comfortable. Fitness center was great. (I did not try the pool/hot tub area, but there were people there pretty much every evening, and they seemed happy to me.) Rooms have fridge and microwave (on two evening, when I didn't feel like eating out, I got ready-made meals from Sprouts, and appreciated having the microwave.) Coin operated laundry facilities (much appreciated after several days on the road.) Every staff member I encountered was welcoming and professional. My impression was that they were happy to work there (of course, one never knows. It's just my impression.) The adjacent restaurants was great, too. (I had steak, which I rarely have, and thought it was very good.) Location is great too, right off the highway, but close to the downtown area. Considering what I got, and the cost per night, I'd say it's one of the better deals in the area (or anywhere, really.) Whoever is running this place is doing an excellent job.

We had a wonderful 3 night experience at this Days Inn location. The rooms are very clean, cozy, and spacious. They include a nice patio, great AC, and you can only access the building by having a key card. The hotel was quiet with thick walls. Despite the small children next door, we did not hear a peep. We enjoyed the indoor pool, jacuzzi, self service laundry, and the extra lobbies on each floor for family gatherings. The staff truly impressed me! They were warm, welcoming and genuine. The restaurant, Northern Pines, is attached to the main lobby and was delicious. I loved the location, as it is located next to the freeways. We will be returning to this hotel next time we visit Flagstaff.

Don't let the outside of this hotel fool you! The outside is run down and we were skeptical when we pulled in. The inside, however, is clean and recently remodeled. The rooms were very clean and smelled fresh. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The website says hot breakfast available, which I mistakenly thought meant it was included. There is a restaurant attached that has breakfast, and as a guest you can get a small discount. This hotel is quiet and you can't hear hallway noise or the people next door. It's right by the freeway so you can easily be on your way to explore the area.

Always a great stay. The only thing we would like to mention, the bar doesn’t have the same TV service as the rooms and you are not able to see your favorite baseball team while having drinks. The rooms were great, clean and comfortable. We will be back.
