Great experience. Old Florida charm, very clean, quiet, ample sized rooms with a couch and sitting area and kitchenette with bar top and stools. Grounds are impeccably kept, and Kyle the PM was very friendly and accommodating. Great location and view of Indian River. We will definitely be going back!
This is a great place to stay. The room was nice and spotlessly clean. The owner was very friendly. We loved the dock across the street and that there are restaurants within walking distance. It was apparently the off season, but it was very quiet and peaceful. We likely will return next year.
Lovely location, close to amenities and very clean. We booked a “Deluxe king suite with river view”. We were given a ground floor suite. Whilst it was spacious and had all we needed, it was a bit disappointing since although we did have a river view, maybe 10% of the overall view, the rest was car park, diggers, the back of a building in front of the Inn and residences across the side road. Not quite what we expected but it did meet the description.
Every year we come to the Davis House with our family and bring the boat. The rooms are good sized with a kitchenette, sofa and 2 queen beds. They do not have a pool however they have a great tiki bar area for you to enjoy with guests and have a drink. It is located within walking distance the several restaurants and a short drive to grocery stores.
This place is amazing. The rooms are beautiful. They're spotless. The location is amazing. It's quiet.
The owner, Kyle is super nice. He even made sure I had great accomodations for my boat. He really went above and beyond.
I will definitely be back!

Quiet, clean, modern and friendly. Davis House Inn is right at the end of a street loaded with restaurants and bars within walking distance.
The view of the river is soothing and wonderful to wake up to. The room had a full size refrigerator, sink, microwave, dishes and silverware. It had a really nice "living room" with a nice view of the river and a half wall looking into the bedroom. The TV was good sized and was connected to Xfinity cable. It rotated to give a clear view from either the bedroom or living room. The couch in the living room was actually a nice futon and folds down into an additional double bed, depending on your needs.
The king size bed was firm and extremely comfortable. It was covered with light bedding and a slightly noisy and out of balance ceiling fan. The air conditioning worked very well and was really unnoticed except for keeping the room really comfortable.
The office is on the second floor and the owner was right there to greet us and answer questions about the area. He was friendly and personable. His welcoming attention was a great start to a wonderful weekend.
Our new favorite place in Sebastian! Awesome location, spacious and clean rooms. Food within walking distance. Highly recommend!
Kyle is the most wonderful, accommodating, personable host. The grounds & rooms are IMPECCABLY Clean. Well decorated & amazing plants all around. With a full kitchen, to make it feel like HOME with an ocean view.
After getting settles Kyle asked if I needed anything while he was in town. I had forgotten coffee creamer & he brought me back my favorite kind! 🌺🌊🐬✨ Talk about great service!

Chloe was great on time very professional, I disagree with you not letting me tip her on the Can pay app where you can tip on the app. When my prescription is delivered by my drug store the driver accepts the tip. Trulieve allows it.But I would rathe

Went with family for a post thanksgiving day jump and had an amazing time! Everyone was so welcoming and friendly making the overall experience an unforgettable day. The instructors that jumped with us all had such chill vibes making it easy to feel
This is an awesome place! You have to look behind it. That's where it really shines. The back area is shaded, has Cornhole, tables, a TV and an upper patio. Great place to have your tea or all you can drink beer for $24. They have taco night on
This place has great food and service. And I took a picture of beautiful salad! Greek with mahi. I give atmosphere a 5 because create your own!!! Itâs such good food! Do take out or eat outside. Itâs cute. Just casual.and try their home made
It was busy when we were there but they operate very smoothly so we only waited a couple of minutes. The seafood is great quality and very well priced compared to other seafood shops in town. We will be back!

Was in the area felt hungry. It was not busy at all so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was AMAZED at how fresh and good the food was. The service was great and I enjoyed my meal. I don't know how this place was not packed!
