My treatment at your place of business yesterday morning was terrible. This was my 4th time coming here. I even have your loyalty card so I consider myself to be a regular customer. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches with meat, egg, and cheese on a roll. I went to the cashier and she put my order into the register. It showed up as $14.45 and I used my debit card to pay for it. After it processed the order it was showing that I owed an additional $7. I looked at the register and it indicated I had ordered 3 breakfast sandwiches.I explained to the cashier that I only ordered two sandwiches and I was being overcharged. She said it’s fine and had me stand to the side to wait for my order. After my order comes out I go to get it and the same cashier proceeds to tell her two fellow workers that I owe $7. They literally held my two breakfast sandwiches behind the register. And the other two workers tell me I owe $7. I tell them that I only ordered two breakfast sandwiches and not 3. Finally the male worker looks at the register and says it’s fine never mind. I ask him what happened and he says that the cashier made a mistake and charged me for 3 sandwiches instead of two. No one apologized they just gave me my bag of food and I left. I was so embarrassed by this situation and was made a spectacle in your establishment in front of several other customers. I was accused of not paying for an item I didn’t order. The cashier had limited English but if that’s the case she shouldn’t be on the register. I don’t plan on ever giving business to you again. Your workers on the cashier need more training and need to listen more to your customers. This was embarrassing and disappointing. Your workers should be trained on appropriate customer service.

We frequent davids bagels in West Nyack at least 5/7 days of the week. The food is always fresh, high quality ingredients, and made exactly how I ordered it. Our favorite is a SEC on a toasted croissant ( salt, pepper, ketchup & hot sauce of course). The coffee is always fresh I recommend the vanilla Hazelnut flavor they offer. When you walk in, you are greeted usually by more than one of the incredible staff members. Diego , Luis, and honestly each of the members of the place are friendly every single time. They greet us by name, and know our orders by heart. Davids bagels offers a fun punch card reward program for breakfast and lunches sandwiches, in addition to coffees. Highly recommend this place for your next breakfast sandwich !pictures never do any justice

Great spot for morning coffee and the everything bagel toasted with lashings of butter. Delicious!i Having stumbled across David’s one morning….it’s now my every day must do. I have graduated to eggs, sometimes sausage, and on special occasions, bacon. I love the people….manager and his wife, and of course all the wonderful staff.. If you haven’t tried David’s as yet……tomorrow is the day. I love to support local businesses…..especially this one.

My go to locally for GF bagels. They have multiple flavors which is a rare find for gluten free! Some GF snacks too (brownies, cookies) Always seem clean, busy, well run and friendly staff.

From the moment you walk in staff is friendly. Bagels/flagels, delicious! Nice amount of everything seasoning covering the flagel/bagel. Breakfast sandwiches very tasty. The shop is well laid out with plenty of options; baked goods, salad spreads, cream cheeses. I’ve been disappointed with my regular bagel shops and this was a very pleasant refresher. I would come back just because the staff is so nice but the food was great too.

Really friendly place! Lots of selections and quick service. I love the sunflower seed flagel, it’s great!

Sometimes I feel like David's Bagels is the only thing I can count on in this world. Something as simple as one small gluten free bagel, served with a smile, can soothe my exhausted soul. Plus their coffee is always available, made to order, fast, and delicious. I wish everything in life could be so!

I really like going here after a workout. The parking lot is a little narrow and generally full. The workers are nice and say hi when you arrive.
