This location was nice to have a small-medium size wedding. However the requirements before and after (moving tables and chairs in specific configurations after the event etc.) was a bit over the top. Also not a great place for a large crowd because of the size and bathrooms being one per man/woman. Overall nice though.
Newer event location on park grounds with picturesque locations. Great for weddings, parties, family, and class reunions ect.
Met everyone here for our family reunion. It had a lot of space for us to set up food, potluck style, and move around and talk to each other. There is a good sized kitchen available if you need to do a little prep or a place to store some food. The kiddos loved going outside, running around and slashing in the splash pond. Really clean and lots of windows with lots of light. We had a good time.
I had the opportunity to photograph a wedding here and it was beautiful! Definitely a hidden gem in Fort Wayne! It was spacious enough for the couple to hold their reception. Very clean, bright, and reminded me of an industrial wedding venue. Cannot recommend enough, and I hope to come back soon!
It was great to see the original school arches retained for those of us old enough to remember the school that was there.
We live a few blocks over. I knew the park was here, never noticed the pavilion. It's very nice, new, clean. Garage doors on the south wall can be opened up when the weather is nice. Large grassy areas around. Huge concrete gathering space next to the pavilion. Decent sized parking lot. Quiet neighborhood. Enter from Jesse Ave, not Greenlawn & Franklin!
I've lived in Fort Wayne all my life and I had no idea this place existed until last night when my daughter hosted her Baby Shower there. The building was just the right size, air conditioned, very clean, full kitchen, plenty of space outside to entertain and it's in a pretty safe area. If you're looking for a venue to host an event, definitely put this place on your list.
Nice pavilion, recently built. The grounds looked nice as well.

This park has so much to offer. Family friends gatherings in the shed, lake and water is so refreshing to swim, hike/ trails are so natural, canoeing is allowed. This is very good place. Entry fee is $2 per person or $7 for car. Park close at 9pm
Beautiful trails. Muddy spots after a rain, especially in the marsh area, but that is to be expected of course! Great for hiking and mushroom hunting. Nature Center is a great place for families. Staff were helpful and kind.
Beautiful place. We were vending at an event so I didn't get to see much of it, but as we drove around to load and unload and find parking, I was able to see parts . The bridge was gorgeously lit!
The recent upgrade to the playground equipment is exciting. Lots of great climbing and tall slides and lots of swings. This is a beautiful wooded park with an awesome playground!
