The only company I want to work on my any of computers. Great service and knowledgeable staff. They've either set up or worked on 3 of my laptops over the years and the work is of the highest quality. I cannot recommend them enough. I've been at the 2 Hillsborough locations and followed them over to the new office in Somerville. Your device is in good hands with them.

Pros: They quickly and professionally replaced the battery on my lg gram Cons: They asked for a $75 diagnostic deposit, which is fine. I was told that this would be subtracted from the repair cost if I decided to go ahead and have them repair it. After a few days, I got a text quoting $125 for parts, and $50 for labor. I accepted, and when I went to pick it up, my total was $175 + tax. Turns out the $50 quote for labor was actually $125 and they had already subtracted the deposit in their quote. This is (in my opinion) rather dishonest business practice. I will not be using them again and will find another repair service in the future.

My work PC crashed, I did not have my business files backed up, (I know, never making that mistake ever again!). Dave recovered all my company documents, and files before carrying out the repair, I was more worried about my company and clients information than the PC itself! Dave diagnosed the issue, safely recovered my company files and even repaired the computer, I was so relieved! It was ready in under 48 hour which is super quick compared to the last place which took weeks to get my computer back from! I highly recommend Daves place! Thanks Dave you are a life saver!

Came in with an 8 year old PC to get the thermal paste replaced and case cleaned out from dust. Jason made my PC look brand new again, and even fixed the faulty power button! Highly recommend these guys, will definitely come back for future computer maintenance/repairs

My external hard drive with ALL my pictures and ALL my files crashed. I went back to a certain major retailer, with a technical support team, where I buy all my computer equipment. They looked at it and said, "Go to Dave's Computers". So I did. Problem solved, quickly, and at a reasonable price! AAA+ Highly recommended!

Don’t come here for modern laptop repairs. The guy I dealt with there clearly didn’t know what they were doing and was terrible at communicating. Store is incapable of making simple repairs on modern laptops and anticipated breaking my fully functional screen while attempting to repair. Went to another store that told me exactly what I needed and ordered the parts in less than 5 mins.

They were able to diagnose the hardware issue quickly. While it was too expensive to repair as a new computer was only slightly more; they were able to download all my files to a USB drive.

The usual place that I have taken my computers to in the past unfortunately had closed up after many years in the business. I always like to give local merchants my support by using them rather then the big box stores. It is the right thing to do to keep local owners in business. I was having an issue with my computer booting up. I saw there was a local business in town so I dropped off my computer for them to determine what was wrong with my computer. As everyone knows it is already a stressful time when ones computer has a problem and needs repair. It was determined that the mother board went and I was told it did not pay to replace a mother board in an older computer. It was suggested to get a new computer and they would quote me a price. I then decided to move forward with the deal. I now believe that I have a new place to bring our computers into and best part they are local. Thank you Dave for doing the right thing.
