It's very deceiving.... you walk in and there is a whole section of tables empty but there is a 20 min wait. Ok no big deal. Probably having a hard time with staffing. We sat at the bar hoping to get a drink. Waited 15 min before a bar tender came over. We she asked what we wanted it was if we were bothering her. Once we were seated it was at an already empty table... in the bar area. Our server was nice and but not very attentive. Our soft drinks never got refilled. Food was good. No complaints. The gaming area was filled with children. Gaming area was dirty, machines were sticky glasses everywhere. Didn't get the feeling that anyone has cleaned it in a while. It was disappointing considering this was once a really cool place to go. Probably won't be back. If we do it will be a while.

Dave & Buster's at The Block is as fun as a casino! It's clean. It has a great selection of games for both adults and kids. The atmosphere is great! The food was pretty good. It tasted better than it looked. But it doesn't live up to the description given on the website -which claims their food is "award winning". It was standard, sports bar, family chain-restaurant food to me. The new potstickers were too spicy. The Hawaiian chicken sandwhich was really good. And the boneless wings were tasty. Service sucked. We visited on a slow, Wednesday night. Service was extremely slow 🐌. Our waitress was miserable and cold. This put a real damper on the whole experience. We were there for a dine & donate fundraiser which our waitress knew absolutely nothing about. She was also clueless as to how to reload a playing card. My son had to track her down and ask her to come take our payment for our check after waiting for almost thirty minutes to pay. Thanks to her terrible attitude I'll probably never eat here again.

Loved this place! Fun games and great food.

My family had a great time playing for a bit and I stuck around for a drink- Deanna at the bar recommended a strawberry watermelon margarita and WOW! Not too sweet, but so fun to drink! Watermelon ice cubes?! Really took it next level as they melted! Deanna was also very kind and helpful! Highly recommend grabbing that moment for yourself!

Went for my birthday. My only complaint is that they took hours to bring out food. I had a couple issues with the power up cards and app but the manager that night was so awesome and nice that he is why I am writing this review. I forget his name but he was like a big teddy bear with a beard. He was helpful and awesome 😎

This place was absolutely fun as heck!!! You need a card to play all the games which you can purchase at the counter when you walk in. So many different cool games, perfect for kids and family fun. Some of the games I never heard of, I love the fishing ro game they have, classic skee ball, air hockey. Hungry Hungry hippos and so much more. They are open till late as 12am and later.

Had a blast at Dave and Buster’s tonight. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They let us take our time ordering while our kids played. The arcade had something for everyone and we had a really good time on family night out!

Paige and Tam at Dave and Buster's provided exceptional customer service! They were on the ball and made our experience unforgettable. Highly recommended!
