Beautiful little slice of prairie and forest within the city limits. Easy walking trail with some foot bridges. Wear sturdy shoes as the path can be uneven with exposed roots and rocks to trip on.
Beautiful place! I’m from Michigan, and came here a few weeks ago. Spent a few hours walking around, exploring, and taking in the scenery. It’s very peaceful, and there are plenty of great spots to sit down. The outside area takes you on a hike through a large meadow, and you can take some trails through the woods where there’s a bridge that crosses the stream. Beautiful beautiful beautiful!
Love this park. Really one of our favorites in the area!
The sheer variety of flowers and other plants is captivating and I love the bird houses inviting so many birds to watch. There's also a wonderful spread of butterflies and dragonflies too that light up the space.
All in all a great place to go!
Beautiful space full of native plants and wildflowers. You feel far away from the city when you’re on these trails, but development is all around you. Don’t miss the wooded trails that cross a meandering creek! Take your time and read the educational sign kiosks, and enjoy a higher view from the handicap accessible observation deck in the prairie center.
Love, love, love this special park!!
A nice respite in the city, can walk the trails in 30 minutes. Nice combination of meadow, wetlands and forest in a small footprint.
This place was awesome, I walked all through the meadow and through the forest. It reminds me of my hometown, there is a large park System there called "Foundation Park".
I saw some huge squirrels, a few butterflies and a host of birds.
The area is nice and trash free.
Would go again. 9/10
This park is a wonderful little oasis in the suburbs. It's helping preserve prarie land that is indigenous to Indiana, which I thought was cool. There are several walking paths and a cute little creek, as well as a viewing platform right in the center. It's a nice quick outside walk

Beautiful, big park, lots of trails for walking. Plenty of shade trees, an amphitheatre, pavilion, a conservatory, gardens and much more. We enjoyed our walk this morning
Nice park. Lots of picnic tables and seating in the shade. I ate my lunch and enjoyed a quiet Sunday afternoon. Basketball courts and playground looked nice and were empty.
This is such a great playground! Best on an overcast or not too hot day since there is no shade on the actual play area. But SO FUN! GREAT for a wide range of ages with places for care givers to sit and watch. Wide open field at the back for running
I am giving this park 5 stars for a surprisingly magical fall colors that peaks in late October on this trail. It was quite a nice surprise. It was only a very small area in the park but it still did not disappoint. I am definitely coming back.
Such a nice quiet park in the middle of east 30th street!!! There's a splash pad, walking trails, playground, tennis court, basketball field and so much running space the kids will definitely be tired after spending the day here. There is a shelter o

Stopped in for my first hot yoga class in years. I had a great experience and look forward to coming back. The Sunday am class was not so packed to where you were on top of each other like some other studios. I loved the studio and the playlist! It w

This is my favorite African food in the city. Chef Doue is so kind and polite and the food is amazing. My favorite thing Iâve had is the potato greens. I tried a bean dish called torborgee for the first time and it was so good!
