I am a small business owner of 26+ years. I recently invested in a new machine/equipment and worked with Daniel "Dan" and Lane for the hardware and new installation. The experience was AWESOME! First, the advise on the hardware could not have been better...thank you Dan! Then Lane delivered, set up and installed my new machine and made everything work...beautifully. Lane is an absolute wizard...best I've seen. Dan is great at communicating and keeping me informed. He did and does exactly what he said he'd do. By far, the best experience I've had working with another company for my computer needs. I would HIGHLY recommend Datech to everyone. These 2 guys are honest, hardworking and do what they say they will do. Great job Dan and Lane...I appreciate you both!!!

Honestly pretty dissatisfied with my experience. I skipped the local phone techs because I believed they couldn't help. So I thought I found a local expert based on reviews, and after speaking with Dave, and his brief consultation on how it would be handled. They were upfront about the $170 cost to diagnose it, but I was very clear on the phone being submerged and would not power on. It was suppose to be going to their phone specialist, Lane, that could work at my job site with a 70% or higher recovery rate. After he realized it would not power on in his truck, he said he'd take it to his clean room where he has the right equipment. It went from a couple days promised back to over the weekend. He spent 1.5 hours trying to recover data with no luck. Then they wanted me to have them ship it off with fees of $700-$2500 to possibly recover data. I decided to get the phone back, and because of other more important customers and emergencies I was pushed back a few more days, then more days. Then it was dropped off at my work, on the one day I told them I wasn't going to be available. I lost a lot of trust after the lack of communication, and promise on delivery of my phone back to me. The good is they're reputable and honest enough to not take your items. At least in this case. It's a lot of trust to hand off an irreplaceable item with photos and memories on it. So overall I am about $175 out of pocket with this company, for in my opinion, no work done other than taking off the phone backing and trying to power it on. Honestly, theses guys are probably great with other data recovery, but mine fell on 30% of unsuccessful attempts. I'm more upset they weren't upfront about not being able to recover data after the information I gave to Dave and Lane. They should have known this was not a job they were not capable of from the start, and they should have been upfront with me. **I did find a place to recover my data for only about $300, communication was great and everything was delivered as promised**

Sunshine Dental has been a client of Datech for almost a decade. Dan and Lane have always been prompt to assist my office whenever the need arises. They are courteous, knowledgeable and extremely professional. They work around my office schedule for routine maintenance so we can still see patients while Lane is there.
