I was reluctant to change but I have found Data Tech to be very responsive with any issues that have come up whether it was phones or computers. Our company just recently began using Data-Tech as our go-to fix it security company. It's so easy and quick to get assistance. The techs are very patient with me explaining the issues and getting the problem resolved. Such a pleasure to work with them. Since I am considered an "older" worker, sometimes it's difficult to explain the issue so they just gain access to my system, visually watch me go through the steps causing the glitch, and then they are quick to resolve it.
