Got there a little early on a Monday afternoon so we beat the rush. This was a place recommended to us. I have to say we were very happy! The calamari didn't have a great marinara flavor but it was cooked perfectly. Otherwise everything tasted phenomenal! Staff was friendly. Atmosphere was calm and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Hands down the best restaurant I've been to for the simple fact they're consistent. Every single meal over the course of the last year+ has been a great experience. Not one meal I've had, nor the guests I've attended with have been disappointed. Up to and including take out. Only complaint: Make reservations if you want to be sure to get a table, and large groups do require advance notice. Not a place where spontaneous dinner parties were possible.
The beautiful interior and perfectly cooked steaks made for a wonderful evening. Our server recommended an excellent Red Zin to begin, and we enjoyed hot bread and salads, while we waited for our Filets to arrive. Our server brought them, and they were cooked perfectly and seasoned beautifully. This experience will make a great memory of our trip to the great city of Nashville!
Husband in state for work training. It was our last night, so we decided to try Darfons Restaurant. It was a great choice! Jennifer was pleasant and super friendly. Was very helpful in suggestions and any questions we had. Everything from the house, Margarita, appetizers, main course, and desert. 😋 😋 😋 😋. We were very pleased, would recommend and the prices are worth the quality. Family reunion next year.. will be back, Jenn. Stay sweet!
Came in for happy hour and great service. Drinks were quite reasonable and starter. Had the calamari and Aperol Spritz. Really nice atmosphere definitely recommend coming in early and just enjoy the space. Main food was black seasoned salmon and voodoo pasta.
Nice restaurant. Nice variety on the menu. Great food. Great service. Happy hour margaritas were good. Two was enough for me. I ate the seafood linguine. It was really good. I loved the creamy lemon sauce. It was delicious, just as our server said it would be. I would recommend this place if you're in the area. We were seated without a reservation with some help from the hostess. Would recommend making a reservation, though.
Went here for our 33rd Wedding Anniversary! Hadn't been here for quite some time but wanted to give it another try! We 1st got a Starter of Warm Bread & Olive Oil - Bread was Not Warm & Very Hard to Chew! I got the Ribeye Well Done with Sweet Potato & Cinnamon/Sugar Butter - It was cooked Property & Still Very Juicy! My husband also got the Ribeye but his he ordered Medium Well but it came out Well Done too! He said it tasted good, but he had the Fried Parmison Potatoes that he could barely eat - Very Dry - He ordered some Grilled Onions & poured them over top of the potatoes which made them some better! Our waitress was Not that attentive - Only came back to refill my husband's drink, never asked if our Steaks were cooked to our liking, then came back to ask if we wanted dessert & dropped off the check! For the price of the check & it being our anniversary we really expected more!
This is an upscale restaurant not pub food. I ordered the meatballs appetizer. I was one very over cooked beef ball cut in half. It also was very spicy ( no mention on menu of that) so I could not finish it. Hubs has Kobe burger. It was ok but potatoes were almost raw. Also curious if kitchen staff actually gets added 2% gratuity....
