I eat here very often so I attached photos from multiple trips. This is the best Korean restaurant in the Triad hands-down if you want homestyle food not kbbq. Their banchan is better than any other Korean restaurant nearby, I would go their just for it. The best dishes that me and my friends enjoy is the kimchi-jjigae, seafood soondubu, and yookgaejang! The bibimbap and the bulgogi are good too but the others are our favorites! The customer service is great and the food is too good to ignore. Their menu did change after they closed down for a bit, so the prices are high. Though that's not my favorite thing, the food is just too good, it's worth the new prices. Please support this family owned business!

Food was delicious. The layout is very strange as well as the ambience but I had a wonderful time and experience here. Wish they had barley tea/water but the green tea in the cute pot and cups was a real treat!

This place is amazing. They have upgraded from when I first ate here. I usually go to Seoul garden but will most likely go to both now, especially since they're open Mondays. I've been eating Korean food since I was a toddler and this place is certainly impressive.

I am Korean, born and raised. Korean is my first language and I have eaten Korean food pretty much every day of my entire 50+ years on this earth. I may not look Korean… Yukejang is my favorite soup. I even make it at home. They sent me something today and it was not yukejang. I honestly thought they sent me someone else’s food by mistake. The chef came out and told me that I didn’t know what Korean food is and that I I obviously didn’t know how this soup was prepared. The main ingredients of the soup are green onions, shredded beef, gosari, glass noodles, and topped with egg in a spicy beef broth. Today had some greens, very little green onion, very little gosari, no noodles, no egg, and with an anchovy base. I hate anchovies. I can s smell and taste them a mile away. I am 1000% positive. The soup had an anchovy base because many Korean soups are prepared with anchovy and kelp. This particular soup isn’t supposed to be and it was. My friend is also Korean, born and raised. We grew up together. She tasted it and agreed that it was not the right soup, but he proceeded to tell us that we both didn’t know what we are talking about and that we obviously didn’t know what real Korean food is.. She ordered bijichigae and it was very gritty and sludgy. It tasted terrible, and she could not even eat half, despite the fact that we were both famished. We waited a good, 20 minutes before anyone came over to take our order. The server was very friendly, but unfortunately no one ever came by to check on us throughout our stay. I even had to go to the kitchen to ask if we could pay so we could leave. There was only one other table so they were not exactly busy all the while we could hear laughing and talking in the kitchen. The chef was at the opposite end of the restaurant dining with his friends. None of them could be bothered with those dining in the restaurant. That coupled with the fact that the food was pretty bad, and how we were insulted, I will never step foot into this establishment again.

Really delicious Korean food at a fairly reasonable price for Korean food. The last time I went with a friend, I was really excited to have myeolchi (spelling?) included in the large selection of bon chon that came with our food that day. I had their tteokbokki which I think they actually use the alternate spelling with a dd, and my friend had the babimbop. Both were delicious. Portions of the entrees did seem smaller than when we had been in the past though. However, this may have been due to the large amount of bon chon that day.
