I have volunteered at Daniel’s Table for about one year, and I love it! The weekly market for clients is brimming with fresh fruits and vegetables, along with meat, fish, chicken and grocery staples. There is also a weekly cooking demo, always with an eye toward healthy nutrition.
This is a really welcoming gym in an amazing space. I had basically no gym training experience prior to Alpine, but after doing 1-on-1 sessions with Tyler my confidence and knowledge in gym technique has improved a ton and I'm already feeling results
