The service is great, the atmosphere is cozy, and the presentation is also good. Would be nice if the bench seating had some sort of cushion! The food unfortunately is mid at best! The ramen broth is too salty. And why would you put fried chicken in soup! It becomes soggy and the texture is ruined. The sushi is over filled with rice. The stake sushi is only filled with rice! Overall a mid experience. Also walking right into the kitchen area is weird in my opinion. I think it’s a lovely place if they can address some minor issues.

The menu is great. The food is very good. They have one excellent server. If she is there, your experience will be great. If she is not, it won't. We have eaten here many, many times and this has consistently been the case. I am sure they know who I mean, and sincerely hope they are paying her well, because the restaurant doesn't seem to function very well without her.

Pics in order Bang Bang shrimp. Huge!! Maybe U20 in size. Crispy delicious fresh. Picture 2 pork tonkatsu, I thought a bit under seasoned and sauce too sweet, Asian dinner mate enjoyed it. Apple slaw was good but not as good as broccoli. Picture 3 Hurricane light rum, delicious and really fruity! Picture 4 left Savanna roll right roll is Little Red Corvette. Savanna had too much cream cheese. We both enjoyed Corvette but not as much as next Cobra Kai in picture 5. They do lots of carry out business for good reason. You will find a roll you like here! Recommend shrimp app and Cobra Kai for sure.

Not sure how this place has any good reviews. Ordered the standard stir fry and the brown sauce was so gross with little to no protein. Any all you can eat buffet or fast food trumps this, yuck. The floor is buckling- they clearly didn’t fix the foundation prior to opening. The atmosphere is drab in a dingy house with low quality, old fish, and bizarre foul sauces. Do not recommend at all. I’m not sure why these establishments are even open in NC.

Awesome cozy restaurant with great sushi! Our first time here and will definitely be back! The sushi, ramen, and bang bang shrimp were all delicious. Didn’t get to try the katsu but my husband really enjoyed it. Staff was super friendly and attentive. Overall great experience!

Delicious food! The pan seared sesame crusted yellowtail was delicious, as were all the sushi rolls we tried. The crab rangoons are different than traditional and more like eggrolls, but are so good! Service was a little slow, but I think only sure to being a lot busier than they expected to be on a Wednesday night maybe.

The yummiest food!! We got a few dishes & rolls to share & cleared plate! Very nice customer service & cute space. Cant wait to come back!
