My favorite hang out spot in downtown, and I’m not even a huge tea person! The staff are always very kind and clearly very knowledgeable about their craft. Their drink offering is exclusively tea, but it’s very well made, high quality tea both iced and hot, and even I’ve been able to find my favorites among their impressively large menu. They currently have a monthly special hot chocolate (sadly not permanent!) that’s possibly the best I’ve ever had.
The main space is wheelchair accessible - they have a ramp available for the doorway if you just knock on the window politely. The upstairs is sadly not, but there’s plenty seating downstairs and considering the age of the buildings in downtown Vancouver it’s disappointing but not their fault at all.
The bathrooms are gender neutral single stall. They sell some items and a few snacks from local vendors as well as their own tea blends. They have board games available to play and there’s regularly scheduled (usually witchy and spiritual-type) events here in the evenings. They also have free wifi!
Overall, a wonderful place I love to come sit and do my college homework in. I could not recommend more.
Dandelion Teahouse was a random stop after sampling some of their tea at the Vancouver Saturday market. And I’ll tell you, I am glad I did. Their teas are all delicious and bursting with flavor. My friends and I tried a varied assortment of teas and lattes but I ended up getting a butter beer latte which was very delicious. The teahouse is very cozy with an upstairs that makes for a great morning date location. The servers were all inviting and helped us understand their teas and which ones they preferred. Please visit Dandelion if you have the chance!
Cute place to get yummy tea. Lots of options, may need to visit a few times to sample more items!
Went to a sound bath event held in the upstairs space which was cozy and special.
Cozy little shop with an assortment of teas and things to help you find relaxation and peaceful tranquility. The lovely person that helped me choose some loose leaf tea was such a treasure. I explained what I was looking for, they asked some questions about flavor profiles and then showed me some different options. No pressure, just friendly. We chatted about cats and I picked out one I liked. The tea was stellar! I can't wait to go back.
Dandelion Teahouse is a wonderful little bright spot in Downtown Vancouver. Very close to the local farmer's market, but not too busy on the weekends.
The space is bright, open and welcoming. It's an eclectic mix of teahouse, apothecary shop and curio shop. They have a selection of tea packages for sale, local jewelry, artwork, body care, bath products, books, herbs, trinkets and more.
The store has seating downstairs but additional space upstairs. It's open air so you can hear noise down below and vice versa. Mix of chairs and cushioned seating including floor cushions and upholstered furniture.
It goes without saying the drinks are delicious. Good selection of caffeinated and non, and the monthly specials are creative and unique. Small selection of pastries and treats too.
Final note is that this seems to be a clean space where mask-wearing, hand sanitizer and distancing is still the norm. What a relief!
This place is FANTASTIC. The tea is amazing, the people the best, the atmosphere MAGICAL. It's my new favorite place in Vancouver. They also have cool stuff for sale and awesome events!
My wife and I went for the Tea Tasting and it was even better than what we imagined it would be. Maryanne and Kat were so friendly and welcoming. They were both very knowledgeable about the different types of tea and made perfect recommendations after asking us what we liked. The atmosphere was was like a warm hug, absolutely comforting . The accompanying sweets with the Tea Flight were simply delicious. We cannot wait to come back for another delicious & delightful visit. We would definitely recommend it to everyone. BONUS: They are LGBTQIA+ affirming.
Super cute tea house in downtown Vancouver. The tea is great, the baristas super friendly and the space inclusive. They also do a monthly subscription box that is a fun way to try new leaves, trinkets, etc. and makes a great gift!

Met a friend for a party date with our sons. City play was clean, well kept and the areas weren't run down. They either keep up with the wear and tear from toddlers and young children or it's because the business is brand new. But Im hoping the forme

I just ordered the three falafel patties as a snack, but I'll be back soon for more because damn those were amazing! They smelled soooo good before I even took them out. Also they're larger than the falafel patties at most other places I've been to.
Starcycle has completely changed my life. It's the best gift I've ever given myself. I was so intimidated at first but the staff and instructors are so kind and welcoming; that friendliness and warmth gave me the courage to keep showing up.
