I loved their selection of Buddhist books! The store decor was also very impressive. I had good service, was happy to support this business.
Kids enjoyed shopping here and buying gem necklaces. The shopkeeper was lovely and patient with the kids. We went twice - once it was just at closing time and she was gracious to keep the shop open long enough to let them pick out their gifts. On that note, there are enough low-priced items to find a gift within kids' allowance budget. A nice stop in lovely downtown Boone!
Very cute and local gift/book shop. Dancing Moon offers a wide variety of neat items for yourself or a friend. You'll find anything from cards to jewelry but also crystals, stones, artwork, books, clothes, candles, herbs, teas, incense, flags and I could go on but check them out for yourself. The store has a wonderful calming energy and feel. It's very clean, quiet and friendly. Stop in here to buy a unique gift, support local and take a break from the outside. This area of Boone only offers street parking but I didn't have any trouble when I met a friend here.
Y'all, i have to tell you something super important. My friend and i love this store and go all the time. I actually just went in on Sunday, may 16th. So much variety and so much going on. I just love it. We've bought a couple sets of oracle cards as well and so many rings. However, this weekend i purchased a small opal necklace, assuming it was a real opal, considering the shop, right... Well, it's not a REAL stone!!! It's sold like it's real and it is not. It has many air bubbles in it and I'm so disappointed in the store and their products. What else is fake?? I've bought so many crystals and gems. If these products are not real, please inform people bc i have spent HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDs of dollars here. If I had known, this was fake, I'd never have bought it. If i knew this shop sold fake stones/jewelry, i wouldn't have recommended it to so many friends or been myself so many times. I'm just worried about what else may be in there, sold as real and not real?! I'm just shook!!! Please be aware and check all things you want, before you buy!!!

Great park thatâs fenced in, has lots of parking. It has random toys all over for the kids to play with and a sandbox with a ton of sand toys. It has six saddle swings, four infant seats and two swings for older children who need more assistance. H
Awesome gym. If youâre a student at App State, donât even bother going to the SRC. The gym there sucks and center 45 has great setters and interesting boulders that they reset frequently.
