The Point is at the far end of the pathway that leads to a Wonderful Gazebo that is a perfect spot for an outdoor wedding or any celebration. Benches line the pathway for nature observation or to relax watching the sunrise or sunset. "DTMP" is the perfect location to watch both sunrise & sunset! This is a small "look-out" point within the St. Cloud Lakefront Park. We enjoy being able to walk out there, enjoy beautiful sunsets, and spot some of the local wildlife (mostly birds). There is a gazebo at the end of it that is available for renting and a few benches along the paved way to the end. I give it a 4.6 star rating - not anything overly fancy, but quite nice!
This is a relaxing place on a beautiful lake. This spit of land juts out into the lake with a beach on one side and lake wetlands on the other. Great place to catch a breeze, catch a fish, catch sight of nature and wildlife or....just to catch your breath.
