Short 30 minute hike. Kid friendly. Pet friendly. Mostly flat. Park on street. Start hike, reach street and head back. Very short and easily walked.

Tucked away in a residential area is this awesome little 1 mile loop. The rain from yesterday morning made just enough water for the small creek area to have a relaxing ambience. There’s also trails that lead up a small mountain so there’s plenty to find over several trips. Looking forward to our next visit!

I walk here almost every morning. It is nice and peaceful and there's some good scenery. However there is one issue that I've been noticing. More than half the people that walk their dogs here don't have their dogs on a leash. This has led to a couple incidents where large dogs have run up on me and in one case even jumped up on me. Now don't get me wrong, I love dogs. I'm always happy to see them. But, someone smaller than me could easily be knocked over by one of these large dogs. There are a multitude of additional reasons to leash your dog, please look into it. Leash laws exist not only to protect others, but also you and your dog. If you want to walk your dog off leash, there are many locations around San Diego county where you can do so. Just google "off leash san diego". Anyways, It's a great place for walking, running, and biking!

Realy nice, quiet place to walk dog, usually not a busy place. Mayby I'll see one or two other people. I just wish some dog owners would learn to pickup after the dog, and worst yet way puckit up in bag and leave the bag on the trail ??

Beautiful running trail, good if you're looking for a relatively short, hilly run.

Nice little canyon, good shade and fairly clean running water (by city standards).

Introduced to this Enchanted Forest by the infamous Lord Stephan. The sounds, shadows and terrain slopes can take you to a place and time of peace. As the creek trickles, the birds nesting within the fronds and branches can be heard both as if in harmony. The bushes and trees cast shadows in suggestion of an adventure to come whether cast by sun or moonlight. Entering removes the world's chaos and leaving...This Enchanted Forest keeps it, allowing you to reset. Go and visit but please only leave footprints and world's chaos.

Nice local trail, great for walk your Dog or have a good bike ride.
