Dalton's Sports Grill - Bar & grill in Green Cove Springs - 2808 Henley Rd, USA

Our waitress worked so hard taking our orders changing from this to that. We were a party of 7 with a birthday boy. I wish I remembered her name. Blond hair with a braided ponytail. She was amazing. The food has definitely gotten a lot better. A little pricey but delicious. Will be back.

Great place for a beer and a bite. All the people are really nice including the patrons.

The atmosphere and decor are better than expected with an open concept. The inside was just as big as the outside, very spacious. Before going we had high expectations because we have heard the food was good. Needless to say we weren't disappointed. Our waitress was on point and knew her stuff. She was quick with refills and knew how to explain the food to the T. Our food was delicious and presented nicely. Bathrooms were clean. Everything went well, we will definitely be back to eat at this restaurant.

This place is a solid 4 in my books. If you have only ever had Florida food, then it's likely a 5*. We got the queso and salsa which was meh. We also started with 5 wings with the sweet pepper sauce which is kind of like a sweet thai chili. The wings were pretty good, they were crispy and sauced heavily. For dinner, the wife got the buffalo chicken wrap and I got the Kellie's pineapple express. My wife really enjoyed hers. Mine didn't have any lettuce or tomato so i expected it to be warm/hot but it was cold. Maybe grill that pineapple and melt the cheese and it might kick it up. The Peruvian sauce was extremely good, I was a big fan of that. It would be really good on wings. The sides, we had sweet tater tots and green beans. The green beans have bacon and onion, they were solid. The tots are served with cinnamon whipped butter which was pretty good. You should look into a mallow sauce, it's killer and I've only seen a couple restaurants have it. It's like crack in a cup. The service was pretty good. I always order an unsweetened tea with lemon and I only get the lemon like 50% of the time at all restaurants. They missed it here. They also sat us next to the red door by the horse... I gotta say that's the most annoying door ever and it's used HEAVILY. It creaks open and slams shut and bounces so its screeeek, thump, thump, every couple minutes which is awesome when you are trying to have a conversation.

Wanted wings for awhile now and decided to go too dalton’s.this picture does the food way better than it tasted. I order 25 wings with the B’s sauce and fried squash and my kids tried to use the squash as shot puck they were so hard with very poor quality breading and the wing came out before the appetizers sauce had no real flavor except a hint of pepper.cooked extra crispy which was right but they arrived slightly cold and for 112.00 dollars the food quality should have been a reason to come back.I would not recommend this place.

Everyone who worked there was so nice. The bartender was sweet, quick, and thorough. I got home, my food was pretty good. I would come back here again

Dalton’s has great decor with an outdoors swamp theme! There is seating both inside and outside, plenty of booths and stand alone tables. There’s a small area indoors, next to the restrooms, with claw machines and gum ball machines for fun for all ages! Inside there is a bar area with seating at the bar. The staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the menu items. The menu has a variety of options and if they don’t list something, you can request it to be made. The fried green tomatoes were delicious and the cheese sticks were hot and stringy (marinara is not the best and is ok). The nachos are ok. I was disappointed that the beef was just a hamburger patty broken apart and it could’ve used some extra tomatoes or salsa, but the jalapeños were fresh and the chips were crispy! The “Do It For Dale Chips” was a good portion with the brisket and my honey loved it! My son ordered the Mac n cheese with the Intimidator burger. He liked it, but said it wasn’t very spicy. All in all, we enjoyed our experience and will return! (Taylor was a great, friendly waitress with beautiful long hair and earrings, always checking in on us and not rushing us on anything. She was great at fulfilling our requests and meeting our needs!)

Server was friendly. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Restaurant was clean and they had ample seating. I tried the swamp donkey wrap which was okay but not something that will be a favorite. I did get it with onion rings which I really liked. I would definitely eat there again
