We ate here a few years ago and had to come back while visiting the area again. The staff is friendly and the food was outstanding. We had the bacon cheese burger with fries and a double bacon burger with onion rings. Next time we are in the area, we will definitely be eating here again.
Nice little family owned place. Small place with walk-up windows. Large variety of food from things like onion rings, burgers and deep fried shrimp to wonderful ice cream dishes! We only had the ice cream treats but several folks ordered the other stuff while we were there. We love to support the local family owners places and especially when they are doing things right!
A longtime staple near Mount Rushmore and the Crazy Horse monument. Great menu selection for the kids and, of course, all the icy drinkables you'd expect.
We stopped by here with the family for dinner and ice cream. The cheeseburgers, onion rings and fries were all good. The reason for five stars was the great ice cream. We had an Oreo Swirl, Raspberry shake, Chocolate shake and small chocolate cone. They were all really good.
Phenomenal burger. Didn’t even need to put ketchup or mustard on it, the beef was that tasty. The soft serve twist also perfect for a sunny day. Will definitely stop by again when in the area next. Cash only.
'Dairy Queen' style menu but the food is so much better. Got the dbl cheeseburger and it was better than most sit down restaurants. Wife got the piggy big and it was delicious, I was a little jealous. Kids menu was above average quality.
Wonderful roadside stand selling ice cream. Burgers, shakes and more. Loved it!
I give up. After several visits I just can’t take it anymore. Between the robotic, disengaged staff, the distinct flavor of rancid grease that permeates everything they fry or the mediocrity of everything else I’ve eaten there, I’m done paying them for the privilege of a future stomach cancer diagnosis. There aren’t a lot of fast food options in Hill City but I’ll eat a PB&J at home before I give them another dime.
Very basic rooms not comfortable or cozy. Linens are extremely thin, not quality yet we paid over $200 a night. There are better options near the black hills area. Breakfast does the job but is basic. Even my husband whose not particular about his ro
Very friendly service! My husband had the pulled pork sandwich I had the tomato soup and grilled cheese. The pulled pork has too much sauce I would get it on the side next time. The soup was very tasty. Clean bathrooms and lots to look at on the
Everything about this place is cool. Exactly what you would expect for Hill City. And great food. We had breakfast there. Opted for the all you can eat since it was ready. They had everything you would expect for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, two ki
