Dairy Queen - Fast food restaurant in Rhinelander - 818 Lincoln St, USA

Will never buy an ice cream cake again! Bought this for my mom's birthday. The ice cream cakes have definitely gone up in price and down in value! The chocolate part you had to scoop off separately and there barley is any chocolate compared to how they used to be made. Taste was good and all as it's only ice cream but very disappointed on how it was put together... not worth the cost it is what so ever!

Bought a Blizzard cake. Had plastic in it. When I called to talk to the manager she was a complete (See-you-next-Tuesday) There's a certain breed of person who is a manager(adult not teen) at fast food and thinks they're better then everyone else.

Food is best if you eat there, otherwise I do feel it is a bit cold. Ice cream treats are great! Their ranch is actually incredible lol. The staff there aren’t always the nicest, but the place is really clean.

I was bringing my two daughters to dairy queen to enjoy an ice cream treat after their check up appointments when I saw two employee's harassing a few local children in the parking lot. One of these children seemed to be of color, and the things being said by one of the employee's was very strongly motivated by this innocent child's ethnicity. What was said in that moment to those children was completely unacceptable and I will never be bringing my family back to this location.

Lack of service and paying attention to details on the order---Ordered 3 Blizzards to go. All ordered with extra toppings. All came out with NO TOPPINGS. Gotta love 3 cups full of soft serve. Ridiculous...... Horribly disappointed in the Rhinelander DQ

I had a very bad experience in the parking lot. i was going to wash my clothes at the local laundry mat when i see these four little boys get yelled at, one of which looked of colour. I’d say this looked like a racially motivated crime. the boys were kicked out of parking lot for no reason🤢🤢🤢 SHAME ON YOU DQ!!

First time going here sense the move. Got some ice cream, service was great and friendly. Asked for more chocolate in the shake and offered to make a new one cause we already handled the blizzard due to covid reasons. So told them some extra brownies in cup would be fine. They followed through and took care of my concerns.

I was standing at counter for about 10.minutes with everyone chatting away about personal stuff. Everyone looked at me, one girl even said to a co worker, do we know what she's doing here. Then they started to walk away so I announced what I need. I got attitude and eye rolls and then one girl (as she was walking away) said I don't know why she's talking if we didn't ask her what we needed and weren't ready, saying it loud enough for me to hear. I said excuse me what was that, and she said we weren't ready for you. I said that's too ***bad I've been standing here while you guys are talking about ****TV!! Absolutely astonishing.
