For any who doesn't already know, this location is only open until this Sunday, 11/26/23. They are permanently closing and moving to a new, free-standing location with a drive thru in Urbana. The team they've had for years have always been super friendly from the owner all the way down. As a fellow mall (but not DQ) employee, they will be missed but I wish them the best of luck!
It's a really good place to get a nice sweet snack but they also carry regular drinks and frozen cakes. I would definitely recommend this place if you have a sweet tooth. Staff is always friendly and I've even ordered a frozen cake from here which was delicious.
This location appears to be permanently closed. All the signage was removed and there appeared to be no equipment inside.

Could have been a better experience. When I did go, I sat a drive through speaker for a while. No response, pulled to window, at first no one there Thought it was closed. Then everyone appeared. Guy apologized, said they were l in freezer doing inventory. Even they were very nice and quick to help and apologetic, I do not understand why they all left the drive thru and front counter without at least one person. Then they could inform others when help was needed. That is why the low rating.
