Dairy Queen (Treat) - Ice cream shop in Safford - 807 W Thatcher Blvd, USA

This establishment has been in business for at least 40 years. That's all that really needs to be said to understand whether it's a place you should visit or not. Food service establishments don't last if they don't deliver a consistent product at a fair price.

Very friendly and helpful. Our order was delicious. Only weird thing is that there is a drive-thru on two sides of the building.

Yhe device was great and the drinks were on point but the menu needs serious update needs to list all they sell there

Worst experience we have ever had at a Dairy Queen! Waited at the window for 15 minutes for no one to come take our order! 6 plus young kids helping one window with drive thru. while ignoring other window. Boys laughing with the girls. Couldn't even say we would be right with you! Who is supervising these kids?? Several cars left without ordering.

Always quick with serving and kind to customers! I have never had a wrong order from here. I waited in a line behind 20 cars and they got us in and out very quickly with a positive attitude.

Wonderful treats. Need to adjust the drive thru to avoid the road.

The cashier in drive threw was super rude and basically treated us with no kinda customer service. Also she was texting when getting our change. I will never go back until she is gone that's how bad she acted.

Asked for a double sundae which I have gotten multiple times, they had numerous workers and didn't even want to accommodate me. Guess they can put 3 mountains of ice cream for a banana split, but 2 is too hard to contemplate. Worker put it off on the manager. I know they've went through a few managers so maybe need to look into a change. Thought customer satisfaction was a businesses priority. Even worse was the laughing and looks I got at the window and as I left. Very poor service. Never disappointed in our Dairy Queen until today, and I've been going there since my dad took me as a little girl.
