Recently had the chance to stop at this location and it did not disappoint! Extremely clean and well managed. I will certainly stop in to visit next time I am in town. I wish this location delivered ice cream cakes, hopefully this service will be added in the future.
Cheese hot dog had slabs of cold cheese on it, showed melted in the picture, and the chili hot dog had cold chili and also slabs of cold cheese. Very upsetting, how could someone serve this and think it’s okay?
I know in this day and age that we are all paying more for less but the 2 medium chocolate cones we got were ridiculously small! I would hate to see what a small cone looks like because we got jipped on our medium ones & then to be charged just under $6.00!👎👎
Just stopped for an ice cream cone on an incredibly hot day.
Since the new owners took over in 2020, service has been excellent! The high school kids they have working there most of them have customer service skills that are beyond expected. Whenever I am in town, this place is a required stop, rain or shine! Thanks again for the great service and delicious treats!
If you want ice cream and are in the Kiel area I would definitely stop in. The staff is good. I think they only offer a few different types of hot dogs for hot menu no burgers or fries or anything like that. They do have the blizzards,dilly bars and banana boats etc. No dining room just a walk up window and a drive thru but there's a park across the street to go sit at to enjoy your ice cream. Recommend.
Good icecream treats. The employees are helpful and quick. You can either go through the drive-thru, or walk up to the window to order.
Everytime you go the teens have their friends at the window just gossiping. Ordered 2 hot dogs and ice cream for my kiddos. No napkins and the hot dogs were ice cold. Asked if I could get hot hot dogs they figured microwave until it was soooo hot it dried up and was garbage. Gave it two tries and won't be another!

First time here. The place is unique! The food was amazing. Had a fruit fly in my old fashioned and a chipped glass in one of the waters, both quickly fixed. We got to explore the second story and look up into the private tower. Would be worth the $1
