Dairy Queen (Treat) - Ice cream shop in Bonita Springs - 26831 S Tamiami Trail Unit #53, USA

Ordered two small shakes no milk as we are sensitive to to much dairy! Ordered with whip cream, girl said don’t have any, ok no problem I said. Got shakes back and we’re not even up to 3/4 of the cup. Over $10 and when I ask why she said the milk makes it expand and I didn’t want it. That’s the worst excuse I’ve heard. After telling her I get them and there and never half full. She said to me well they are not suppose to fill it up! Lately attitudes stink here and quality has gone down hill and have had blizzards , sundaes and everything under filled unlike all other Dairy Queen's we go to. It’s nothing but a Rip Off with an attitude. Save your hard earned money !

Price gouging at its finest for maybe a teaspoon of pecans on my wife's small sundae. They charged $2.59 plus tax extra for only the pecans on a sundae that cost 3.89. I ordered a banana split but they said sorry no bananas but if you want to wait we will go to the store. Worst DQ ever and I have been going to them in the US for over 25 years.

They only took half of our order. While preparing the half they did make, a female employee ran tap water on her hands then rubbed it on my prezel sticks to get the salt to stick to them. She microwaved the sticks and the cheese to the point that the sticks were too hot to touch and the cheese was partially burnt. I have never seen a DQ put these items in the containers they used either. Never going back.

Easy in easy out. Very friendly service. Same great ice cream you expect from a DQ

20231001 - Another nice visit to Dairy Queen. We each had hot fudge sundaes and our furry friend had a dish of vanilla. Yummy. Always good ice cream and one of our go to places for dessert. Always friendly staff.

Honestly, they were quick, pleasant with service, and made a delicious banana shake! I was really dying for one, and they helped hit that spot! 🤤

Worst DQ ever. Where to start. Compared to every other DQ I've ever been to, and it's a a lot...this place serves the smallest ice cream servings of them all. They are constantly out of things, like whipped cream, bananas, Reeses...and mind you there's a Publix literally next door. They claim they have to get stuff from Costco, which I understand is where they get some supplies, but if you're out and a Publix is 50 feet away, you get what's needed instead of customers walking out. These kids they have there working there don't care either, it's like they are just starting to grasp the concept of time and have ZERO customer service skills. The ice cream is good, when they are able to serve it with ingredients they have in stock. Will never return to this location, will go to the other one just north. Not the cleanest location either.

Terrible customer service. Asked for extra whip cream and did not get it. Ordered pretzels and after making them, the guy told me they didn’t have cheese to dip them in. He didn’t even offer a ranch or anything to replace it. So pretzels went into the trash because they were dry and not enjoyable. Really glad I tipped them just to be disappointed. What’s the point of having a sign on the door that says “Fan First Promise” and then do nothing to fix the order?
