This is the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks I’ve gotten the cheesecake blizzard and the Oreo blizzard and it’s been watered down that’s just not right at all!!!! Staff at the window is always so rude, I left a review about a year ago when I went thru drive thru as well and the “manager” told me he wasn’t going to serve me because I was asking what the difference was between the New York blizzard and the other cheesecake blizzard said I was holding up the line and I should know wat I wanted before coming to the window! He was asked to come to the window bc an employee got annoyed bc when she told me the difference I told her that I was sorry I didn’t know u had 2 different kinds and asked KINDLY to switch it, I had my 2 nieces with me and literally said to me I had to leave and he wasn’t gonna serve me. I was distraught and shocked by his reaction! This place has by far the worst customer service.
Usually this is one of the best locations around, however, not all the time. Sometimes they don't mix the blizzards well, or dont put enough of the ingredients in the blizzard. Sometimes they really skimp on the sprinkles. It really depends on the attitude of the person working, especially if you go inside, it seems. But generally, going through the drive through, its very good. I wish they changed their flavors more. But, that's more of a Dairy Queen as a whole kind of thing, not a location specific matter. The prices at this location can be higher, however, its worth it because the other Dairy Queen location in the area usually do a very poor job so I'd rather pay a but more and have it made correctly by going to this one. My family and I went here for Mother's Day and I was really disappointed. My daughter and I both got the Royal Choco Brownie Blizzard, we got a cheesecake blizzard, a small vanilla in a bowl with sprinkles & extra sprinkles, and a mini PB and puppy chow blizzard. The PB puppy chow had no puppy chow and tastes like straight PB, our two brownie blizzards were super inconsistent - one was very vanilla-y, the other too chocolate-y but the chocolate wasn't right, like they used the malt chocolate or something, and neither had the chocolate center. And the $2 worth of sprinkles? Literally a tablespoon.
Really friendly and helpful employees. It's a DQ so it's all about the ice cream. My big complaint is the menu. It's the smallest of any DQ I've been to in many years. If you want more than a slush, ice cream or ice cream cake pretty much your only choice is chicken fingers.
It’s a shame than this is a franchise yet this location will charge you double the price! And their servings is smaller than other locations. Not to mention it’s ran by few teenagers who know 0 about customer service. Drive 5 more min and go to Westland location. Cheaper and servings is bigger.
Great service and the drive-thru seems to be getting faster. A tip: use the drive-thru, but if you have to go in, back your car into a space, ideally closer to the street. It is much easier to get out if the line gets long. Favorites to get: banana split blizzard, Royal New York Cheesecake blizzard, and banana pudding blizzard!
We stopped there for a special treat and went through drive thru! We had a Heath bar blizzard, of course it was AMAZING! I ordered the Caramel Heath brownie cuptastic! It was UNBELIEVABLE! But the true winners here were the staff! We placed our order through the speaker, super friendly, order was spot on. When we pulled up, (it was Halloween) we were greeted with a Jigsaw (from the SAW movies) mannequin at the window, until it moved! It was the staff celebrating HALLOWEEN! Good for them!
We stopped for some ice cream and we ran into the dairy Queen treat and I must say that the dairy Queen treated herself to my wallet I spent $26 for some ice cream for just me and my girlfriend I got bamboozled go somewhere else this isn't the place you want to go to.
2 girls were rude and my Oreo blizzard had gross stale cookies. They were rude to everyone not just me like we were inconveniencing them by ordering. Get new staff ASAP

Initially entering the restaurant we were greeted by the manager who was very excited to seat us for our first time here. The atmosphere was outstanding (great interior design), and the service was phenomenal. Halfway through our meal the owner walke
An absolute gem of a place hidden away inside a liquor store. The reviews here are well earned as this two man crew crank out delicious eats at pretty competitive prices. I've had the pizza here, and the crust is pretty good. The boneless wings are t
