We spent over 30 minutes in line at the dive through. Once you order, there is no ability to get out of line. They didn't start cooking your order until after you paid. The chicken was hard with a weird aftertaste. The blizzard was good, though.
Never had an issue eating here till now, very disappointed this time around. I ordered 2 steak finger baskets and received chicken strips baskets that weren't very well prepared. We were in a hurry so we accepted the wrong order and tried to eat it but couldn't finish it and tossed it in the trash. They sat the previous customers order down and didn't bother to inform her it was ready while they were talking to friends. The lady threw her hands in the air and they finally noticed her and then handed her order to her.
Charged my card twice & can’t get thm to answer the phone. Well c if they fix it after I hve to drive all the way back down there tomorrow. I’ll update then..
Wow this place didn’t just go down hill it walked right off the cliff at Niagara Falls! 30 minute wait for food. Food was all wrong. But the worst part, how many pickles go on a hamburger? Everyone say 4 with me. How many tomato slices? Every say it with me 2! The meat Pattie’s were over cooked. The Dude sandwich was the temperature of the sun and not in a good way. It’s a chicken fried brick. Supposedly this place is now under new ownership, can we please get the old ownership back?!?!? The pictures don’t do it justice. Just go down the street to McDonalds.
Been sitting here for over an hour waiting for food. The manager got so upset she throw all the drive thu tickets away then turned around and printed them out again
Restaurant was very clean. Workers were very helpful came with the food very quickly would definitely go again.
Service sucked! They are a bunch of rude kids. Went through the drive through, lady wouldnt give a chance to talk. Then she keeps singing. Waited 30 min on a burger and tacos. Terrible!!
Drinks tasted like the old dirty freezer ice and the food tasted like it’s been cooked since yesterday. Barely nuked in the microwave. The dude sandwich was more like chicken fried crust. Not what I was hoping for after a long day of work. Ice cream 10/10 tho
