Dairy Queen - Fast food restaurant in Vidor - 780 N Main St, USA

Typical DQ. The service was outstanding and quick. The food was good so we walked away happy. The store was clean and maintained as should be.

We are local, eat here a lot but have noticed a real drop in customer service. Young folks in the drive thru especially the young dark curly haired fella. He took our order with not so much as a welcome or thank you. When i got to the window he didn't look at or acknowledge me. He began talking, still fully inside the window, I asked him politely 3 times if he was talking to me and he just kept rattling on, still not looking at me. Finally looks at me and rudely says "I'm talking to you". I had to ask for napkins 3 times, he gave us short straws for large shakes, just a real bundle of joy. Please mangers, teach these young people how to interact to actual human beings. I would have felt more love from a kiosk.

Ummm when you order a blizzard it's supposed to be cold and partially frozen and able to flip over and not melted in the cup like a soup where they want to put a lid on it! This isn't the first time this has happened! Big girl that made the blizzard way ahead of time had a stroke b/c it was sent back! If you can't do your job right or you don't like your job than find another! Ppl order a blizzard they want it cold and not melted!!!

Sending the belt buster back 3times last night to get the order right first I got a single burger sent back then a double buster with no cheese sent back then a double buster with cheese with no bacon sent back finally got with bacon and chee🫤

We just ordered from Dairy Queen Vidor and we received our order for two dudes no mustard and no mayo they both have both on it. But what top it off we also order Patty melt and they given bread,cheese and onion NO MEAT. I think someone cannot read or take order properly. We were too far down the road to get our money Back

Good is always delicious and made to order not sitting in a warmer. The kids in there are great too

Love the food, service and atmosphere, especially the 50's and 60's music.

One of the coolest thngs that local businesses can do is support the kids in their community and the Vidor Dairy Queen absolutely does that. After their basketball games, the Vidor Dairy Queen gives out free ice cream cone to the kids that played. 😲😃Pretty stinking cool!
