Best place to get a choc milkshake,although u have to state choc ice cream or they WILL make it with vanilla ice cream. You will not find a bigger or better milkshake for that price. The prices are good and they are big. I just found out about happy hour so that's cool!
I was greeted extremely well with "Welcome to Dairy Queen". Enthusiasm was on point. Service was excellent and swift as in a blink of an eye, I was handed my phat Cheery Sunday! I sat inside and smashed it yum.... 8 outta 10
Couldn't have been happier. Got a cake for my Mom's bday & we were in & out w/exactly what we wanted in no time. The girl at the counter was kind, courteous, helpful & put exactly what I had asked for on the cake. I wish I had gotten her name, it was May 15th around 2:30 & it was the young girl at the counter. My Mom cracked up & I appreciate your help in that ♥️🍦🍨
Very quick, very kind, very personable - all within the busy portion of the evening shift. They made sure to continue the conversation during my stay after a flub was made on our bill whether we would be dining in or leaving. We wanted to take it to go, but ended up paying for dine-in, so we did just that. We were sereneded between customers and just made to feel very included. Will be back definitely!
Icecream was good but girl touched my cone w her bare hand after taking cash from me. They should use a napkin or wear a glove. Not sanitary
This a childhood spot. I’m very nostalgic of this location in particular However, today I came in and stood at the front counter with my kids for a whopping ten minutes until someone took my order. Two girls were flustered at the drivethru, one hopelessly helping someone with ice cream cakes, and a fourth wasn’t doing anything at all. There’s no way to put this lightly… God bless these girls but they are slow.
I came all the way from downtown Cleveland to eat a shake because it says close at 11 :00 pm and wen I get there at 10:43 they had the menu shut down I went all the way to the window and they say it wos close that's crazy wen it says 11:00 pm close time hope some one can read this and take care of it .Because they are closing the store wen ever they want to and they are not taking care of customers 😒 I won't come back here ver drive 15 min for nothing tanks Dairy queen 😤 😒 ..and I got pruff here the employee leaving the store at 10:47 pm
Their shakes, splits and smoothies are top tier! Great customer service as well.
