Food was good ..service was great ..although they should have a better waiting area if they keep so many customers waiting by the counter ...clean store and kuddos on the chewable ice !!!

With the cost of everything these days you would expect better service and quality. I understand it's fast food, but after paying $60 bucks for fast food, we made an order at 8:55pm, waited around the building and got our food at 9:37pm! So not only is that not fast food, but fries were cold, cheese was not melted, and burgers cold. We had to reheat at home. That's ridiculous. Where is the manager and quality control?? Food should have been free

Worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to and it has been this way for 10+ years. The reviews saying they waited an hour for cold food couldn’t be anymore accurate. It’s wild how in 10 years it still stays exactly the same. Don’t come here unless you wanna leave furious with cold food AND your cold food isn’t even the correct order.

You could tell the fries had been sitting under the heat light for a while. Guess you have to do like you do at other places and request fries without salt to get fresh cooked fries.

I don't like giving bad reviews, but I ordered a burger, fries, and a shake. I got the shake within a few of minutes after ordering, but then I ended up waiting right at five minutes shy of an hour to get my burger and fries. When I got them I expected them to be fresh at the least, but the fries were barely warm almost cold and it was broken piece of fries and fries clumped together that didn't look or taste good at all. The burger itself was warm, not hot, but definitely warm. It also didn't look that great, and the bacon that was on it was two tiny little pieces that were also barely warm. When I was there it was busy but no where near crowded and they seemed to have several staff working, I know some times they have off days, but I never expected to wait an hour for food that wasn't even freshly made. Definitely disappointed and not happy about this visit and probably won't be going back for awhile.

Spicy chicken and onion rings were good and spicy, but both really tough to eat, over cooked.

Horrible.... Horrible.....Horrible. Service, management, food, HORRIBLE. RUDE, DIRTY, HORRIBLE. This is the Jalitos Japspeno ranch burger they have been advertising. Would you eat that???? I got it first at the Nederland store and it was awesome. Looked just like the pic. BRIDGE CITY DQ CANNOT EVEN MAKE THEIR TRAVIS CORRECTLY, HOW COULD I OF EXPECTED THEM TO MAKE A NEW HAMBURGER RIGHT? HORRIBLE!!!!!!!
