Always inconsistent, usually disappointing. Ordered a Med. Chocolate PB shake like I always do, and a med. sprite. They handed me a super thick blizzard like cup with a spoon. I said what is that? They said "that's your shake". I have ordered the same shake hundreds of times and it is normally drinkable with a straw. They didn't even give me a straw, this was obviously a blizzard. Also handed me a same size cup of warm sprite with no ice. I said there's no ice, they said "sorry" and shut the window. I won't be back, get it together. So sick of fast food places that can't even get a simple order correct anymore. Employees are too incompetent.
Our orders were done quickly. Price was fair. Seating was available. The only issue was parking was difficult due to street construction.
I’ve never been to a DQ I didn’t enjoy, except maybe the ones attached to a gas station. You get what you expect at those.
This one is great. My family come here all the time and almost get the same things every time.
From blizzards, to the summer slushees it’s difficult to find something you don’t like.

I went in around 8:30 and was served by a young man. I wanted to pay with cash and he told me they were not accepting cash!!! What kind of a place doesn’t accept cash?? He didn’t even tell me until after I ordered! Unacceptable.

Oh my gosh!!!! The last 4-5 times we've been here has been terrible!! What is going on at this location? The folks here couldn't care less about what they hand you thru the drive through. We get the strawberry cheesecake blizzard (NY cheesecake) every time, and we cannot seem to get more than 1-2 pieces of cheesecake & It's completely void of any strawberries and graham crackers. This is what makes this dessert so amazing! Whomever owns this DQ, needs to take a serious look at retraining the staff!
The language of one of your employees and his friends was offensive to myself and my grandchildren and this is definitely not a place I wish to them back to!!

Fast friendly service. We were greeted right away. Our food came out pretty quick and was SO DELICIOUS. Pancakes were perfectly cooked and crunchy around the edges just like I love. Will definitely be back!
