Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Fast food restaurant in Turnersville - 4840 NJ-42, USA

Great, fresh hot food from the double cheeseburger and fries to the chicken tenders with bbq and Buffalo sauce. Blizzards were tasty and full of crushed toppings and my daughter enjoyed a brownie sundae with chocolate soft serve. Prices are decent and service was great. The restaurant, while clean, needs a little refreshing on the inside. The window ledges have chipping paint, and ants could be seen walking around. One visited our table! There was a painter outside repainting the red bricks. I hope he comes inside to paint as well.

I was there first order of the day as I waited in the parking lot 15 minutes for them to open, so the following doesn't even have to do with food sitting. I got a burger onion rings and chicken tenders. Just a simple deluxe burger meal with three piece chicken tenders came out two over $20. A burger was cold. Not just the toppings, I mean the burgers themselves were lukewarm at best to where that she's never even attempted to melt. It was just a gross burger. Onion rings were good enough I guess? For the fact that I got five very very small ones for a large meal and an upcharge for the onion rings. The chicken tenders could have been mediocre chicken tenders, maybe even half decent, because they were hot at least, except the breading was so extremely thick and chalky that yeah. You won't ever find me at a dairy Queen again as I had decided to go there instead of any of the multiple fast food places that were already open in the area, because I hadn't had dairy Queen in a long time and wanted to see if they were any good. Nope! Shocked this place is not fully gone out of business yet

The employees who work here were very patient and very accommodating. Before, during, and after ordering my group was very indecisive but from the moment we walked in the door until we left, the staff was super kind. The inside eating area closed at 9:00pm but the drive thru remained open.

My daughter ordered a blizzard and when she got it it was made with vanilla, she asked if they could remake it with chocolate and they had no problem doing that and didn't even charge for the new one.

An updated dining room would help their business. I walk into the place, and I feel like I stepped back into the 70s. My blizzard was more like a rain storm. I got the Reases, and there wasn't one piece of Reases in the cup. It was blended to the point where it was basically a chocolate milk shake.

Won't accept their own mobile app or any coupons / offers. Ordered extra Reece cups on my sundae and got literally 3 pieces of Reece. What did I pay for extra for then??? I'll just go to Rita's in the future

Terrible service & a shift manager was very crass, condescending, and rude to me for “cutting the line” while trying to get my wrong order corrected. Should I have to wait in a 20 min long line twice to get my order corrected? I was met with a refund for only half of the order. I threw the other half in the trash because who eats just fries with a sundae? Overall, I will never return to this facility. Please have patience when you guys mess customer orders up. Hire more staff so customers don’t have to wait 40 mins for a wrong order, rude staff, racist vibes, and a half of a refund. This is a waste of my earned money & time. This is the last time I visit a Dairy Queen.

JUST MAKING CLEAR THEY DON'T TAKE COUPONS FROM THE APP. But that's not even why I am giving this review. This place has terrible customer service and the manager who was working was rude and smug when I asked questions about there being no sign on the drive-thru about it. STEER CLEAR FROM THIS PLACE. I surely won't be going back. Zero stars
