Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Fast food restaurant in Decatur - 3680 Flat Shoals Rd, USA

4/2023 First time here, located on flat shoals next to a gas. It's where candler road turns into flat shoals buy New Life Church. There were a few people hanging around outside and on the inside it was very clean, customer service was good and they seem to be very busy because of the special. It didn't take long for our orders to come up and it was all pretty good especially the onion rings. They have four sizes of blizzards ranging from a baby cup to a very large cup. Once we were leaving somebody came in to serenade us with his trumpet and then we left. The test actually worked on my blizzard and I could hold it upside down without any of it coming out. Dairy Queen did not disappoint. The strawberry milk shake was delicious. My craving was satisfied.

Attempted to order some food and spend some money at this location at 11:20am on a Wednesday and apparently they are CLOSED because we literally sat there in the drive thru for several minutes with no one acknowledging our presence. We parked and tried to enter the lobby and doors were locked. Tried the drive thru once more before giving up and going somewhere else where our business is appreciated.

The service was slow. The drive-through line was wrapped around the building. By the time I got my strawberry cheesecake blizzard, it had started to melt.

Love a good Dairy Queen burger. Great food prepared well & tastes great too. Good customer service, at the drive-thru at least. Have never disappointed me!!

Bathroom out of order, so was the air conditioner, it was hot as a sun of a gun in there. Not to mention staff was rude as the bums, and lot lizards that accompany the parking lot.

They gave me a snickers bar blizzard instead of a heath bar blizzard when I clearly stated I wanted a heath bar blizzard.
