Poor service. Onion rings cold. They forgot the desert. My grandsons chicken almost burnt, just very disorganized. When you get up from the table, walk back up front. Employees standing around. You get a deep sigh and an eye roll when you ask for your grandsons .missing ice cream. I for one, will not be back. I really wish I had a body cam on this one

Went to a car show in Saraland and decided o stop in, haven't had a Blizzard in a long time, got the Oreo Blizzard, and it was awesome. Didn't get the young man's name that prepared it but he was an expert. Very good and scratched an itch I have had for awhile.

The drive-thru line was a little long but it was moving at a steady pace.😊💕 When it was my turn to pickup my order it was Hott and Delicious; they had good customer service as well with a smile. Thank you.

This time went drive thru. Fast, friendly service, great burgers and chicken. They should allow staff to have a tip jar!!!!

We always go to this location cause the staff is friendly, service is great, and ice cream is always delicious.

Good location. Perfect service, food was perfect, Cashier was awesome he had good patience I have a speech impairment and I was stuttering bad that day and he didnt frown, laugh, walk off no nothing he said its okay ma'am take your time we need more people like him in fast food places.

The people who worked on that day were disorganised and, couldn't write "Happy Birthday," on the ice cream cake...

This is my son and husbands favorite stop for icecream on the way to the beach. Best dip cones and blizzards. Right off the interstate so it doesnt interrupt your trip travel time by much.
