Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Fast food restaurant in Sunrise - 3403 N Hiatus Rd Ste1, USA

One of the most clean fast food restaurants I’ve seen. I applied to work here before and the manager is such a sweet heart. Employees are engaging, king, and patient. I also love the desserts!!

I go to this Dairy Queen all the time and it was on my heart to right a review. It's common place to find rude people working at fast food but everyone at this location is honestly, friendly, great, and hospitable in my opinion. Whenever I come to pick up my orders they're always ready for me, place is clean, and (not that it matters) but the radio station be playing them oldies. Good location all around and I hope these folks get a raise out here. Thank yall 👊🏿⚡️

There aren't any fast food places that I know of in South Florida that offer hot gravy as a dipping sauce for your chicken tenders. And this is one of the many reasons why I love eating food at Dairy Queen. Very delicious, plus they have awesome deserts! When I went, the staff was working hard and efficient. I only wish that there were more Dairy Queen locations that actually served food closer to me in North Miami Beach. This Dairy Queen is the closest one to me, and it's a 30-minute drive north. The Dairy Queen locations that only serve deserts make me sad.

I order a cheeseburger meal with a free sundae. So I sat down. All I had was that sundae. But the rest of my food never arrived. I waited for almost an hour while everyone else has gotten their order. So I was sick of waiting and decided to cancel my order and got my money back. All I had was a sundae and a drink. I was very disappointed. I could've eaten at home

The staff here are very friendly and helpful. My husband and I both ordered Blizzards from this location and both Blizzards had mix-ins from other Blizzard flavors. I had ordered the Pumpkin Pie Blizzard and found pieces of chocolate cookie in it, he ordered a Butterfinger Blizzard and his had pumpkin in it. I am concerned that equipment is not getting cleaned properly, as his was pretty clearly mixed after mind and he had pumpkin in his. This is especially concerning in the case of customers who have allergies, this could very easily become a health hazard.

Great product, good location, convenient parking. If your looking for a dairy Queen location to get your fix then this is the place. Also the staff is friendly and funny and send to be enjoying themselves which makes the experience more enjoyable of your waiting. It's worth a visit.

Check your order they ALWAYS MESS UP! They could never get it right. Even when they tell you are 100% sure. They are not it's most likely not what you ordered. Im Beyond upset. They said the order was right and when I got home it wasn't. And you know how kids are if they want plain they won't eat with cheese. This is not the first time it's all the time I got there. I just decided to trust them today because the lady looked at me in the eye and gave me her word it was a plain hamburger with ketchup. And it was a cheese burger with ketchup.

I ordered thru the drive thru and service was very fast. Customer service was friendly. Food was as expected. I usually order the soft serve vanilla cone with sprinkles, nothing special. Will come back again soon!
