Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Fast food restaurant in Little Rock - 6100 W 12th St, USA

This was a pleasant surprise on how delicious your burger was. It has been years since I have been to a DQ and I see what I have been missing. The burger was moist and delicious, the fries were moist and crisp, the service was ok but nothing to write home about. The location was very clean and overall, it is worth going back to.

Great service, super friendly staff! She made a cost effective suggestion, which we greatly appreciated. In addition, the restaurant was very clean and the food was hot and fresh.

Delicious ice cream treat. Restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated. We ordered an Oreo blizzard and a chocolate dipped ice cream cone. While waiting I went outside to their covered patio which looked really nice with built in fireplace, chairs and tables. Would be a nice place for an ice cream party! Ice cream was really good and when they presented the blizzard they held it upside down which is always fun to see😄.

Not very friendly workers. They have changed how they do blizzards. My mom has ordered banana split blizzards for years and now they don't make them anymore. If you request one they charge for each topping. They don't have relish for hot dogs. 🤦‍♀️

DQ would get 5 star if the cotton candy blizzard was a year round blizzard but noooooooo. I drive half way across town and don't end up getting one because it's a seasonal thing. I swear if it permanently goes away I will never eat there again. Come on DQ cotton candy should be year round. Ugh

Kaitlyn is SO RUDE ! We come here all the time and never had an issue but she was all the way around just rude and dismissive when we got up to the speaker she said “go ahead with ur order” so we did and then she said “HOLD ON” a good 3 minutes went by and we just said “hello”? The line was so long behind us so we were trying to get out of the way and she said “I SAID HOLD ON” then another couple of minutes went by and she said “now u can order” so we did and she just kept rushing us telling us our total before we were even done ordering then huffed and puffed when we had a large order which we couldn’t go inside and order because they had a sign on the door that said drive thru only so we finally get to the window hand her the money and asked for dipping sauce just like we did when we ordered since we got 2 kids meals that had 2 tenders each so she proceeds to say “sauce doesn’t come with any meals anymore we have to charge” even tho we ordered 2 sets of tenders so we said ok and went ahead and paid then got the receipt where she put “no dip” on both of our kids meals then charged us at the end when we shouldn’t of been charged in the first place she then passes us everything including our busted bag that she tossed to us and said “oh it’s ripped” and food went everywhere her attitude and lack of customer service was a the real issue she is RUDE!

I was excited because there hasn't been a Little Rock Dairy Queen in over a decade. Awesome ice creams and burgers, and never seems to be very busy. They don't have tacos yet, but said SOON! Two issues, one being the location. It is tucked behind a CVS and hard to notice. Other issue is the staff, they are young (maybe highschool age) and seem to be more interested in socializing than working. I could see this being an issue if it is not addressed. There is a nice covered outdoor seating/patio area with a couple of televisions airing. (Included in my photos)
