Slow service. Taping a spoon on the lid instead of a bag stinks, especially when you're DDing
Had some girls via the drive-through window literally scream into the microphone before asking what would I like, really? Second, our mini blizzards were completely MELTED by the time we got them. One also barely had any toppings. Overall, there are better/quicker places to get ice cream here in Minot. I'm highly disappointed, I haven't had any issues up until tonight. It was just overall un-professional.
Ordered a small cone at that drive thru. Told to pull around. After 10 minutes, finally had to walk in and get my own cone. Told by the 5 people standing around doing nothing, that I shouldn't be in there. Was told that these employees are only 15, give them a break. Maybe you should train your employees and not coddle them like infants.
Store is clean, service was friendly, quick and above expectations. Pro-tip: order food and ice cream together and ask them to wait to make the desserts until you are ready so they aren't melting away while you eat.
This place will always be apart of my childhood. I would always ride my bike to get a ice cream cone and then ride home. Since 2011, I have watched this place truly transform, have its ups and downs, but has always stayed mostly consistent. The only thing I don’t like is how you have to drive around the side to get your food, which is right by all the flies and garbage..
not the best customer service, gave me a half melted blizzard that was spilling when given to me. dude didn't even give me a napkin or anything and spilled all over my car. had to ask for one even after he saw it spilling all over my hand and window. disappointed.
Im a local and i frequent this dairy queen. The drive thru people are nice and helpful.
The food is good, typical of DQ and my order is rarely ever wrong- but when it is I have no trouble getting the order fixed.
They have a stick-on film over their delivery screen, which I'm not a fan of since I once noticed (before the film went up) a kid accidentally run his sleeve over a burger...and it was gross and very unsanitary, so I don't eat dq in winter months (since staff wear short sleeves in the summer...)
Minus 1 star for gross sleeve incident, but otherwise it's a great place^
Chicken strips are usually really good and the app eliminated my wait. Love the ice cream. Wish they had more food options, but the ice cream makes up for it.

Loved that I was able to go with my grandchildren and make precious memories. It's a place where you can go by yourself or with someone. I would definitely go back. Reasonably priced and they'll cure what you paint for you. Enjoyed it tremendously.
It's good to have such a unique festival event in Minot again! The prices are a little high but if you get the day pass with the concerts, it's usually a pretty decent deal. You have to go at least once!
