Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Fast food restaurant in New Port Richey - 9200 Little Rd, USA

Vicki( who proceeded to yell that "SHES THE OWNER") after I politely asked for her name, charge us $1.05 for two tiny 2oz ramekins of whip cream for pup cups. I've always gotten pup cups here that are alot bigger( I believe usually the size of mini blizzards) and they usually get soft serve not whipcream. Definitely 1 star for the rude service and shutting window in my face when I was trying to speak. Such a shame you give business to a place then a day you don't want a sweet treat or snack you get treated less than. Not sure what her raising her voice and telling me "she's the owner" is going to change. Just be aware of you are a dog lover! Cuz Vicki isnt!!!

Went through the drive thru today and ordered 3 Blizzards. The blizzards were pretty good, a couple only had toppings on the top half but they were served pretty quickly. I was a little surprised 3 regular sized blizzards came to just shy of $18 but I guess everything is expensive these days.

By far the best Dairy Queen I've visited! Fresh clean store. Super friendly staff. Good menu choices. Great, fast service! Hot food too!!

Very clean, staff was pleasant. They have $7.00 meal deals daily. Burger or chicken strips, fries, drink and a sundae all for just $7.00 . Fast friendly service.

I had a cheeseburger, fries, soft drink and a large hot fudge sundae. The fries were actually pretty tasty. The ice cream, what can I say? Best soft serve I've had!

Dairy Queen.. you have broken my heart. As a child I always got the cherry dilly bar. That was discontinued years ago, and my only solace was the vanilla cone dipped in cherry, and to my despair, it has been discontinued and replaced with… butterscotch. Who gets that flavor anyways? I found out today, and I quite literally had a breakdown on my drive home, because I go there and get a cherry dipped cone whenever I’m sad or I feel I deserve a hard earned reward. I now have to find a new ice cream place in hopes that they will have a cherry dipping that will even slightly resemble in comparison to the Dairy Queen dipped cone. I know it may not seem like that big of a deal, but it has truly broken my heart. My deepest condolences cherry dipped cones.

Absolutely laughable customer service, I normally just walk away with stuff like this but if I spend 20 bucks and have an issue with the order it’s probably not the time to charge someone for a dip cup And just straight up tell me no LOL TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely love the menu here, and they must be doing something right never there is always a line
