Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Fast food restaurant in Glenwood Springs - 2550 Gilstrap Ct, USA

One of the most beautiful locations for a dairy queen with great mountain views. I stopped here for lunch. Service was good and fast and the place was very clean. I really enjoyed eating on the patio which had nice flowers. The burger was good but the fries were a little disappointing. They were a bit chewier than I like.

Drive thru guy had zero customer service skills, super rushed over the speaker when taking the order. Then when at the window he insisted we did not have a drink even though the receipt clearly states COMBO however he had no desire to double check instead told us to go inside and check. When we went inside and told the manager she could careless also which then we saw the drink sitting on the counter. It was just a bad experience being we go here regularly, and today the employees seemed bothered when help was requested.

Great food and easy to order using the app. Prices are a little steep but you can find value if you use the app. Good serving of materials on blizzards. They gave us a lot of ketchup in our bag. Kinda wasteful if you ask me. But other than that. Good spot if you are passing through on I-70.

Food was great, the blizzards and the sundaes not so much. These blizzards would have failed the upside down test if it would have been done. The sundae was melted. Not a good night for ice cream. The wait was longer for the ice cream than the food. The chicken fingers and the burgers were delicious, very good cook. Not bad for a rainy night, but could have been better as DQ is known for their blizzards.

Delicious cold treats after a busy day out on a hot day. Easy access off the highway. Nice change of pace after all of the driving. Everyone enjoyed their treat, adding to our awesome day in Colorado.

A wonderful, sparkling, clean place, including the restrooms. The food was prepared and served with care. You don't often find a fast food place like this one. It's also right off the highway (west Glenwood Springs exit). Perfect for a quick bite if you're just passing through on I-70. I highly recommend it.

The food was pretty decent. Had a double bacon cheese burger and fries. About what you would expect. Service was professional and food ca.e in a timely manner. Guess I hit the after-school crowd. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

A whole lot of teen employees were standing around... doing what teens do... I didn't feel as if the acknowledgment, customary greetings and salutations were utilized there. Otherwise, my order was good.
