I purchased a shrimp sampler box this morning from this place and the food was spoiled. The food made me throw up immediately after eating. It’s a shame how I was sold spoiled food.
Came down from Texas yesterday and stopped here, and we are on the way back lol, Daiquiris were excellent and STRONG, jello shots good and strong, I wish they was in Texas. Great service and drinks.
We have been getting daiquiris from Daiquiri Depo for years. Hands down, they have the best daiquiris in Lafayette! Especially love the strawberry daiquiri that has fresh strawberries blended in. You get pieces of little strawberry tidbits with each sip. Delicious! Then to top things off, they have boiled seafood and boudin. Their boudin even won a contest!! I go out of my way to make a stop for an order of delicious boiled crawfish and a cool daiquiri to finish it off! If you haven’t tried this place, you have been missing out. Don’t change a thing Daiquiri Depo, Ya’ll have it going on! Period!
I got the oxtails with white beans and yams. The oxtails were bad but the spice was overpowering. The white beans tasted like they have been sitting all day and tasted a little starched. The yams were the worst i spit them out.
Drive they daiquiri? Only in Louisiana. So many different flavors, we had a peach rum and an amaretto pineapple, both pretty good but lacking a little in flavor. Still, a delicious cold and refreshing drink.
Homemade Boudin was good. I've been a few times. Haven't had a bad experience or daiquiri yet! Boiled shrimp are also good. Along with the sausages and potatoes. Great seasoning! Will be back. Especially if I'm in the area!!!!

Always a nice bar for the Burlesque night shows and good prices on their drinks. Bartenders are a little TOO overly flirty though... more gotta learn your crowd sometimes.
