After driver was sent from a different warehouse to deliver the freight, it took over 6 hours to unload the truck. I don’t know if it was a broker error where the driver was sent initially. I guess this receiver only receives in the evening so the 6 hour unload might not be the norm but my driver wasn’t compensated for a stop off or layover due to a broker data entry error. Now the CH Robinson broker tells me my driver can’t leave a bad review or he won’t be compensated, what a joke, poor business model from the top down.

Would give zero stars if I could. No on ever answers their phone and have the worst customer service.

No one answer's the phone, can't place ads charging way to much to have paper's delivered. Most news is way old

They are quick to deliver the news. The proofreading isn't the best and the articles aren't always clear.
