Recommendation from a local friend.
We came out here on our visit to Austin, as it was our first time and we had a blast. Some of the staff had a moment to sing a song or two between the customers. Boy , did the kill it! They could sing. Karaoke was a blast. Drinks were pretty good, only thing was the margarita that tasted off. Has to return it as it has a chemical like taste to it. But overall , good experience if you are chill. The bartenders were quick to rectify and help with switching out the drink. Friends and I had an amazing time. We had green tea shots , Moscow mules , crown and coke, and beer .
Bathroom, did need some toilet paper , I advised staff and the busser was quick to acknowledge me and help immediately. He was quick at doing his job and helping with the task.
They will ID at door.
This place is amazing! The atmosphere and the crowd were great! I like the fact that you don't have to pay to sing Karaoke like some bars in San Antonio. The drinks were really affordable and the staff was amazing. We had a great time. I definitely recommend this place if your looking for a great karaoke bar to hang out at.
I really like this place, it's been a new stomping ground for me personally. I brought the LGBT Choir in here a few times and a couple of friends, and it's been pretty mellow and level. Usually karaoke bars can be very intimidating when new people come in because the regulars don't like new faces generally. But this bar has been super receptive.
Had a great time. Drink were good. Atmosphere was good. But if you ever want to get a chance to sing you better go early because the queue fills up fast
Bar seems cool. Bartender told me I didn’t tip enough money & ended up in me getting kicked out of the bar when I went to ask about it. I said I was overseas for awhile didn’t mean to disrespect. Left a $8 tip on a paper receipt plus $5-6 cash tip because I didn’t want to disrespect anyone. Bartender called me to check the paper receipts to see if mine was there, got screamed at by the manager. They said I was too drunk to stay when I literally had 2 drinks prior to entering. Guess she didn’t like my $8 tip for pouring us 2 shots. Besides that seems like a cool spot.
I have been told by the bouncer that I'm not coming in, because I walk wobbly (I have a injured knee), and therefore I must to be drunk. When I told him, that I was drinking sweet tea only and if he have a problem with that, he said he have a problem with my attitude, and therefore I'm not coming in. I asked to talk to who ever is in charge, I have been told that he's inside and since I can't come inside, I can not talk to him. I called cops, they gave me sobriety test, which I passed, but told me it is a private establishment, so they will go and talk to him, but they can not do anything else, so I left. I noticed, this piece of garbage have 6 reviews with one star only, and there is a reason for it. Do not patronize this establishment.
I recently had a disheartening experience at Dad’s Karaoke where my ID was not accepted due to being foreign, which left me feeling unfairly treated. This incident has led me to believe that it may be indicative of a discriminatory practice based on nationality. It's essential for businesses to ensure an inclusive environment for all patrons, regardless of their background. I hope my feedback prompts a review of their identification policies to prevent such instances in the future.
Bartenders refused to serve. Bill the owner was kind to come over and appreciate participation on karaoke. May want to advise employees to sever paying customers especially when customers is safe and have support system with them.
Fourth time here. We obviously always have a blast. Itâs a great activity for children and adults to play together. And as an adult, weâre having just as much fun as the kids. Parking is usually pretty easy too. Highly recommend!
So much yes!! We came here for my brotherâs birthday and the whole family got to play. Seriously, so awesome and so easy to figure it out once we got started. Highly recommend this activity for all ages. They have a ton of games to choose from and
Stopped by on the recommendation of a friend and am really glad I did. This no frills, just good coffee truck offers some great coffee and coffee drinks. The staff is cheerful and friendly. All drinks are made to order and are exceptional. I opted fo
