Our rep, Joe Barnhart, has been beneficial in helping us choose the correct machines for the jobs we needed them to do. He reaches out to me promptly when I message him. We have eight copiers/printers from Da-Com. They are quick to send me supplies when requested (usually arrives next day) and quick to assist when having issues with any machines. Someone is usual here within 24 hours, sooner if it's an emergency. They are good at walking me through troubleshooting a machine when needed. Reliable machines and fast customer service is very important to us and Da-Com provides that.
