Love this gym!! My son enjoys getting an amazing workout twice a week. The trainers are so friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend this gym.

Great first week! Coaches and owner are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve been searching for programming that has strength, agility, and mobility built in and could only find bits and pieces at other gyms. With my time constraints as a teacher and triathlete, I needed the components in one session, and I wanted to be treated like an athlete with real athletic performance sessions. The above is critical for me to improve my triathlon times, and I also know that turning 50 recently requires certain components to remain injury free. They are all about the right technique, keeping it safe, and helping you crush your goals in a positive way. I knew halfway through the first session that this was going to be a game changer for me in addition to my current tri training. It’s well worth the money. See ya soon, D1!

Our son loves all the different drills each session he has attended . It keeps him challenged and engaged. We see the difference in his baseball performance in this short time. Mahalo Coaches. He’s “Fearless”….

My son is having fun coming to D1 and working out with other kids his age (rookies). The trainers are great and promote a positive environment for the kids. Customers service with the front desk employees is top notch. Facility is clean and kept up. Highly recommend to stop in and check it out.

I signed up my two daughters on July 19, 2023 They’ve improved all around in there’s skills One of them does club volleyball And the other one does gymnastics Overall, both of them have improved on there strengths and performance . The coaches are awesome !!!!!!! extremely knowledgeable. I definitely know how to work with young athletes.!! a shout out to!!!!💯💯💯💯 coach, Keith, Coach, Jacob and coach Trenton !!!! ✊🏽✊🏽💪💪

My kids have been going to D1 Centennial for the last 3 mos. My son is in the Rookies team where there is a great deal of energy, engaging drills and games and there is a lot of drills that help with coordination and mental strength.He loves it and always ends up sweaty and energetic. My daughter is in the Prep (High school) team and also loves to come! We have tried other gyms, but none were appealing.D1 gives them motivation, kind support, discipline and makes them push their own limits. The exercises are never the same from the day before and they cover coordination, strength, endurance, weight lifting, stretch….all!! very pleased even if your kids is not an athlete. The facilities are clean, the environment is encouraging and the staff are all really nice !

The staff in general are great and welcoming. The current coaches do well with the children and encourage them to excel. They also have weekend classes that they make fun for the young children. They have seating and power outlets available for the parents too.

I signed up my daughter for the “rookie” classes. She is enjoying the classes so far. She says the workouts are fun and enjoys working out with other kids her age! The coaches are really great with all the kids as well.
