D1 Training Ascension - Gym in Gonzales - 2733 W Outfitters Dr, USA

My son goes there for athletic training and I can see an overall improvement in his athleticism. I am a middle aged mom and I decided to join since they offered a great package for adults. I have been going for over a month, and I am feeling with more energy. The facility is very well equipped, clean and organized. The coaches are very knowledgeable, friendly, polite and encouraging. They make sure you keep good form, make progress and have fun. The staff is very friendly and approachable. Thanks and keep the good work!

I would recommend this gym to anyone at any stage of there fitness journey. Trainers are very knowledgeable and very detail during training session. As a former Division 1 basketball player these movements are exactly like training back in college. And for beginners the trainers always have alternative movement or workout for those who aren’t at that advance stages and will work with you ever session to get you there. They also really focus on doing the movement with perfect form to prevent injuries and getting the most out every rep.The facility has a family welcoming environment and makes working out fun and competitive. Best gym by far that I have been apart of and would recommend to anyone at any stage of there fitness journey.

This is an awesome gym with very knowledgeable and helpful trainers! I enjoy the team aspects of the adult classes. It definitely makes exercising fun. I was new to weightlifting before joining D1, and all the coaches were great at modeling correct form and guiding me through the exercises, especially in the beginning when I needed a lot of help. I want to give a special shout out to Coach Carrie for always offering modifications for certain activities and always encouraging me throughout the workouts!

D1 is the best gym I have ever been a part of! I started out going 3 days a week then my son joined with me and he loved it so much we started going 6 days a week! I love the atmosphere, coaches, owners, ladies at the front desk and all of the members. Everyone is so encouraging and helps me want to push myself harder. I'm so much stronger and starting to lean out. I love the results so far! I have to say that my absolute favorite part about D1 is that my 11 year old son's class overlaps mine so it's something that we can do together and encourage each other when we pass each other during the workouts. He especially enjoys when we can race each other on Saturdays. I love watching the coaches interact with the kids. They truly care about heping them grow and it shows. That makes my heart so happy! Also, you know you love a place when you are willing to wake up at 4am to make the 5am class when you know you will be busy in the evenings!

The Coaches and Staff at this location are fantastic. I was someone leading a pretty sedentary lifestyle. The coaches ran a six week challenge to lose some weight and get back into shape. Best decision I have made in a long time. I was able to lose over 25 lbs in those six weeks. The first week was rough. But I have really enjoyed the workouts and getting back into shape. If you are someone looking for a positive atmosphere to come get back into shape this is your gym. I highly recommend this Gym.

I must admit at first I thought that this was going to be another gym experience like all the rest,......BOY WAS I SURPRISED! !!!! Not only did accomplish what I set out to do, I found a family! The atmosphere is Phenomenal, the trainers are ,funny Smart , motivated great leaders, and knowledgeable ....I would recommend D1 for anyone who need motivation and a push to stay on track there system is key ton making sure that you don't slack or fall behind....I could go on and on talking about D1 so I will stop because there's this guy name BLAKE HILL (AWESOME GUY) I don't want him to think I like D1 fitness :)

This place is phenomenal. I’m upset with my self for not starting soon. Great leadership, awesome Coaches, and always welcomed with genuine smiling faces. The workouts are amazing and you will reach your goal(s). Personally… I lost 30lbs in 6 months. And 21 of those lbs were with D1 over a 7 week period.

I took the 6 week challenge and was absolutely blown away. Not only by the results I got but by how much I enjoyed working out with other people that had the same goal. On top of that the coaching I received was amazing. They encouraged, pushed, and were just as excited to be there as I was. If you’re thinking about trying out D1, stop thinking and do it, you won’t regret it.
