D-M Motel - Motel in Tucson - 2131 S Craycroft Rd, USA

Pretty good considering the price. No bugs. Sheets were clean . AC was working TV, refrigerator all worked & in good condition. Bathroom was clean. People were nice. No complaints

Cheap but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately there's times when I barely afford the $70 for one night. They hold your Identification card for the room key back. They're not the nicest of rooms, l run into various issues every so often. There was a time I had a room with a fridge that didn't work and I didn't even know until the morning when I went for a cool refreshment only to get a warm can of soda which I didn't wanna drink. Occasionally I'll see a roach scurry about but only one or two that I could see. Definitely don't take a person you wanna impress here. Good place to end an illicit affair.

Bed was hard as rock and noisy! Pulled a towel off the bar and roaches feel out!! Not my kind of place and not cheap!

Apart from its location, this place is great. Honestly, idk what all the negative reviews are about. The owners are so nice, they make sure you have everything you need and this place is CLEAN. No roaches or bed bugs, no half made beds; everything is nice and tidy. And let me tell you, the mattresses here🤤 OMG are so amazing. Brand new memory foam that I have a hard time getting out of in the am. There's a soaker tub in some rooms thats to die for too! Rates are great and comparable to many in the area. The area however has a bad reputation which is unfortunate because this place is anything but. A little slice of quiet, low traffic paradise amidst a sea of old & outdated tucson.

Wish I could speak positively about this place since its right by DM AFB. But This Motel is the biggest dive out there. If you want to buy drugs then maybe you could go here, ok positively go here. The owner Andy is very Pleasant but his Girlfriend is not pleasant at all. She collected my money for the night and the next day Andy said that it was not paid. Sonot sure what she did with my money but she is a thief. I will never trust this motel ever again. What trash

This has to be the worst place we have ever had to stay before in our lives. At first we thought that it wouldnt be so bad considering that trhe owners son helped us get into a room earlier then check out and made it seem that outside of the first apperance of this place that we would have a decent stay, but we werevery wrong! the rooms were gross, there are only enough linen and towels for the housekeeper to have to wash each rooms linens daily to be able to have any any at all! The man at the front desk who seemed helpful at first let us know that the man who had been staying in our room for the entire week before our arrival only slept on one side of the bed so the room shouldn't be to dirty mind you I had offered to clean up my own room so that we were able to enter the room early but for someone to suggest that we keep the same linen as the person previous to us is something I would have never expected to hear out of someones mouth! l During our second night stay we were dropped off by a friend who we were out with for dinner and before us even getting to put the key in the door to open it the owners dughter (girlfriend or whoever) came running down the sidewak yelling about there being anyone on the property at all! This was at around 1130 at night while others were probably sleeping. We let her know that she was simply walking us to a our room at which time the woman demanded that we all show our identification cards! Our last nighjt we were undecided wether we were going to stay another night in tucson or not and when we decided to stay one more night the owner then stated that we werent able to rent a room for another night. He had no reason when telling us why he wasnt going to be able to rent again. We caused no problems, had no visitors, and were beyond respectful. I wouldnt recommend this hotel to my worst enemy and I surprised that they are even able to pass inspectison by the state.ll

Had to call to get someone to come to the "night window" and was charged $130 for 2 nights ($10 of that being a "key deposit" returnable with key return) ... 2 nights in a room with roaches in every drawer and everywhere else including the bed and I'm pretty sure every other occupant is on something...room had no toilet paper...the "white" towels were far from being white and the wash rag was even worse...did I mention roaches in the bed....plus their "storage" area looks like a mini dump...guess that might be why there's so many ROACHES...if you choose to lay your head just know there's roaches in your bed!!

This place is completely disgusting. The bed sheets are rarely changed and I can tell you that for certain because of this: we had stayed in room #107 on a Tuesday night. My girlfriend had accidentally burned the bed sheets with a cigarette during the night time that made a hole in the sheet and a burn Mark on the bed. On the following Tuesday night we came back and got a room. Well a chance would have it, room #107 was again available, so we rented the room. Upon walking in the room we removed the comforter set as we do in every hotel (those are rarely washed) when we pulled down the sheets that are directly underneath the comforter guess what? Exactly right, there was the exact same burn Mark in the exact same place just as if it has never been changed. The chances of that bed being made exactly the same lining up that hole and the burn on the mattress are nearly impossible. Not to mention the black burnt suitty part of that burn still being easily brushed off the area which wouldn't be so had it been washed. That's almost an entire week (7 days) of guests checking in and out all laying in the same sweaty, dirty, stained, sheets. That is merely one of the many dozens of things I could list here. Being that should really be enough to deter others from staying there, I'm just gonna close with this; do not stay here in this hotel. Everything about it, including the area it's in, is incredibly terrible.
