Cypress Inn - Motel in Winter Haven - 5651 Cypress Gardens Rd, USA

I am a very low maintenance person, and I can tolerate alot without feeling the need to say or do anything… but this place… We havent even been here a whole day first i got put into a room that has a leak in the bathroom sink, he said he would fix it then just moved me to another room. The second room is a little better, although they all reek of must and cigarette smoke. Things were alright until i used that sink one time and ALL of the water floods the floor. I tell the guy and he says I have to wait til their maintenance guy can fix it and not to use it. The cherry on top is i tell him I’m going to need a few towels to dry up the mess and he tells me “ill bring you one big towel.” Which was an average sized towel but literally left me with 1 to clean up his flooded floor. I call the front desk to ask for a refund and the stupid kunt says “no ingles, huh” “i said NO INGLES” and hung up on me. Oh and they say they have wifi give you the password and itll connect but still not work! Update: I was given a partial refund- he kept about $100 and some random “fees”. 🙄

It was horrible! They're scam artists and the rooms are DISGUSTING! While i stayed there i was hundreds of roaches, i literally went through 4 cans of raid!! The shower and toilet overflow and flood causing the whole room to reek!! Then to top it off once i check out, they take my deposit for no reason and hours later charged my card $55, i go back with the police (took my card info illegally) as soon as the officers go into the office the money gets returned! Yet they swore it wasnt them! DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Nasty Nasty Nasty!!! Very dirty, really dirty 😒 Bathroom was not at all in any way usable, had to clean, I mean scrub absolutely everything.... Showers had vice-grips to turn the water on and off. The water was very hot, a plus!! BUT dried urine all over stool! Actually made me sick, another mess 😪 I had to cleanup... Roaches had to be rounded up and exterminated before I brought anything in the room. The bed well we won't say to much except I used my own bedding and had to also use my own towels and wash cloth. The curtains were tethered and freded! The refrigerator kept everything frozen as well did the AC!!! A 👍👌pluss!!! Which made the rest of the stay worthwhile! 🤔 Now the management was very socially awkward 😳, not a bad thing, it worked for him! I just couldn't beat the price!!! So the sobering reality is you get what you pay for!!!

There are cockroaches every where. They quote one price then charge another. You have to supply your own towels and toilet paper. It is so dirty and gross, I spent 3 hours cleaning. Do not stay it is way over priced.

This has got to be 1 of the WORST places EVER!! THERE'S LITERALLY NOTHING GOOD I CAN SAY except the location! It's close to several things...Had to clean or own room before we stayed & while we were there, found 10 eggs in the drawer, fridge freezes everything, Hugh spots where walls were "fixed" & drywall was showing, not sanded or painted over, toilet overflows, ac broke down, microwave was not usable, beds were lumpy, had to use our own sheets & towels, bought our own toilet paper, way too much $ for this dump!! They need to be shut down!! Water smells like rotten food & eggs! Trash everywhere, kids playing in the parking lot not being watched, neighbor had lots of traffic in & out all hours of the night! Ppl yelling all the time, playing loud music! Owner & his wife are rude & disrespectful!! Cleaned before we left & wudn't give us back or deposit!!

The Cypress Inn is a cheap place to stay. But only if you have to. The rooms are dirty. I mean really dirty. The sheet are filthy with cigarette burns in them. The shower.is a Algiers nightmare. The people who own this place are not friendly and they actually walk through the place when you check out to see if there stain up towels are still there. Cypress Inn nobody wants your nasty towels!! The only nice thing I can say about the rooms is the air-conditioners work great. But don't blow a circuit breaker in the middle of the night. You will get screamed at.

ABSOLUTELY disgusting... Worst place I've stayed in years. I most definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment. It was so nasty. I be wanted to walk in just as fast as I walked out. Every place in town was full so ii didn't have much choice. I LITERALLY HAD TO CLEAN THE PLACE BEFORE IT WOULD BRING MY THINGS IN

This place is dirty. ..no one cleans room, nasty you have to buy your own toilet paper and you have to wash your towels. No house keeping and the stove don't work and it is filthy..they have bed bugs. I can't even give this place a star....please don't stay there, they won't give your money back after you pay.....and want to leave early...the guy at the front office is so rude and nasty, he has no manners. I will never ever recommend this place. I made a call to better business beurroe. .....pool is empty and dirty.....stay away.
