About 10 or so years ago, I took my desktop computer to Cyber Solutions for repair. They were vey customer service oriented, they did a good job on fixing my desktop and their pricing was reasonable. Recently, my laptop stopped working. It got into this endless loop of turning on, saying, "making repairs" and tgen a black screen, which is common in HP, Acer and some other laptops. So,having used them before, I decided to use tgem again. I had to call several times because their automated phones sermed to go into an endless loop repeating itself when I pressed the phone buttone as its menu had directed. I finally talked with a real person, named danielle who was not customer friendly at all. I told her I called them because I used them, before and they did a decent job back then. I told her the problem, and she asked my business name. I told her and she said I was not on their list. They didn't have some "list" before so I asked if now I had to be on a "list" for them,to help a repeat customer from,the past. She told me that I would have to pay some ludicrous pricing, so I hung up and called someone else who seemed way more customer friendly than this danielle character at the cuber solutions. Needless to say, I will never use nor speak well of them again. I had to give 2 stars because they did a good job and were friendly, helpful, reasonable, and I felt they wanted my business back then. Danielle certainly did not reaffirm what good thoughts I had of them before I will let you know who and how the other folks ended up doing after I have used them and get my laptop computer fixed and back. The guy at the other place was patient, friendly, and informative.

I had to work with Rami over the phone today for a troubleshooting session with one of our customers. His knowledge and service were outstanding; he enabled us to quickly resolve all the issues with our customers setup and was very patient, efficient, and professional.
