Went through drive through waited in line for 15 minutes, got my peppermint mocha which was luke warm, when I specifically asked for hot as possible, they then took my drink that I already drank from, put it back in the steamer and proceeded to give back to me. They contaminated their own steamer with my drink and did not clean it and began making other drinks with the same steamer. I unfortunately have a flu at the moment. I was given terrible attitude and my drink had no coffee in it or any mint flowers, just hot chocolate.
Came here to study. Placed an order and sat down, everything was normal. I started to notice that the 2-3 people who ordered after me received their drinks and sandwiches first. Then the power went out. I got up to see if my drink may have been possibly been done but nope. I asked about it and they said to come back the next day cause they don’t know when the power will be back, now that part is understandable. What made me irritated was that I ordered before those people that received their things FIRST, and I ordered ONE THING, a simple vanilla steamer. No apologies were given before I left and when I came back. If I had remembered that the total was only $3.96 then there was no point in coming back for $4, but what? let them keep it?? They literally apologized to everyone but me. Told everyone else to “have a great day!” but me, the customer who was obviously not as important as the others. This very much felt racially motivated. Also overheard someone say that in her four years this never happened, referring to the power outage, then shouldn’t the service be better than this with how much experience you have… Service at Cutter’s Point in Gig Harbor actually has more quality to it because they make sure everyone feels welcomed and acknowledged, keep in mind it wasn’t even busy like that.
I waited in line over 10 min behind only 1 car who appeared to only get one drink. When they left and it was my turn at 5:01 they waved through the window and told me they were closed. They do close at 5 and I completely understand this but I was there almost 15 min before closing and again only 1 car ahead of me. Just not a great service experience.
I have stopped by Cutters Point many times on my way to work in the past year. Their service is often a bit slow as they have both in-person and drive-thru service, and usually only have two baristas working at a time. The coffee is good enough and they have a variety of pastries and breakfast items (though they are often out of breakfast burritos). What prompts me to write this review, however, is my experience from this morning. I walked in to grab a 16oz Americano and stood in front of the register waiting for assistance. One of the baristas was helping a drive-thru customer and the other was standing by the espresso machine, wiping her nose with her bare right hand. That barista then turned to me shortly and asked what I'd like to drink. I relayed my order and she then proceeded to grab a cup and start making it without even attempting to clean her hands. I stopped her from continuing, asked her to please clean her hands and only then make my coffee. She obliged, though the other barista seemed to give her a smirk about this. Working in healthcare, I perhaps have a higher standard for personal hygiene. But having clean hands at all times, particularly after touching a potentially infectious part of the body like the nose, should be an absolute no brainer in a food service role. I liked having the occasional coffee from Cutters Point before, but I won't be stopping at this location in the future.
The Sunrise smoothie was very good, the service could've been way better. I came in and it took about 10mins for them to take my order and there was only one person in front of me. They didnt even acknowledge I was standing there and did so many other things before getting to my order like clearing the tip jar which seemed a little racially motivated. I sat down afterwards to enjoy my drink and the free wifi because service is terrible in this area for some reason and every other person that came in they helped right away. This made me very upset and they need to serve all customers equally.
My favorite place! The baristas are lovely every single time and last time I asked for something not too sweet but with fall vibes and they DELIVERED!!! My go to place for coffee every time :)
Prompt and courteous customer service and a very clean establishment. The coffee was very good and it was somewhat hot.
This is our very favorite coffee spot. The girls are nice and the drinks are good. I love the energy drinks.

I find the prices to be around $1.00 less per cup/snack than in my home city of Kamloops. But this is Starbucks home state, they were founded/created here in Seattle. The staff is always smiling and in great spirits and helpful.
10 stars for Hunter and this entire team on 12/7. I hope he and the staff get recognition (from district and HQ) on this day for going above and beyond to make my day better. In this day and age unfortunately excellent customer service can be very di
My son and I have had great experiences with Paul as our instructor. He is as good with newbies as he is with skilled students and especially great with children. Personally he is the most driven person I have ever had the privilege to train with. Hi

My favorite course in the PNW with a focus only on golf. Course drains well so can be played year around and is my go to place for the winter, along with Home Course and Aldarra (private). No trees or water in play and walking only. I know itâs not
What a wonderful place and a wonderful legacy. I use to drive past this orchard as a child and always thought, â I wish I could go in thereâ. Go in and wonder among the dozens of apple trees. Spend some time try to catch a frog. Important things
Love this store! Some of the best meats you'll find in Pierce County. Reasonably priced and the sales are awesome! They make incredible sandwiches as well and everyone is always friendly. One of my favorite places to shop in the Tacoma area.
